天津港物流發(fā)展有限公司第四方物流業(yè)務發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:資金、技術和人才是企業(yè)不斷壯大的重要因素,第四方物流作為提高企業(yè)利潤的第四元素在現(xiàn)代市場經(jīng)濟中越來越受到重視。第四方物流通過物流系統(tǒng)的改進、重建和信息的整合分析,進一步提高了企業(yè)的回報率,提高了服務對象的核心競爭力。 當今物流環(huán)境中,各種商品的物流需求點都有著明顯的區(qū)別,這就要求在物流系統(tǒng)設計上要有針對性的設計。在物流業(yè)務設計和管理中,為了提高企業(yè)物流的運作效率和物流系統(tǒng)的績效,需要了解企業(yè)的發(fā)展理念,行業(yè)特點,運營物資的特征,分析并選擇物流運作方式。第四方物流之于企業(yè)的作用,不同的學者有自己的看法,本文中,筆者研究了基于層次分析法的選擇決策系統(tǒng),并提出了庫存管理辦法和信息系統(tǒng)構建辦法,建立了天津港物流發(fā)展有限公司第四方物流業(yè)務的整體框架。通過此研究,不僅提高了物流效率、降低庫存率,而且對于公司第四方物流業(yè)務發(fā)展的研究具有實際意義。 本文采取文獻法、調(diào)查問卷法、實地調(diào)查以及向專家學者溝通等方式,分析了發(fā)展第四方物流業(yè)務的前提條件、目前天津港物流發(fā)展有限公司具備的資源條件和存在問題,提出了現(xiàn)有狀況下,發(fā)展第四方物流業(yè)務的組織形式、具體的運作模式以及第四方物流業(yè)務的主要內(nèi)容、具體做法。對于指導天津港物流發(fā)展有限公司的第四方物流業(yè)務的發(fā)展具有指導作用和可操作性。
[Abstract]:Capital, technology and talent are the important factors for the enterprise to grow. Fourth party logistics, as the fourth element to improve the enterprise profit, has been paid more and more attention in the modern market economy. Fourth party logistics through the improvement of logistics system reconstruction and information integration analysis further improve the return rate of enterprises and improve the core competitiveness of service objects. In the current logistics environment, the logistics demand points of various commodities are obviously different, which requires the targeted design in the logistics system design. In the design and management of logistics business, in order to improve the efficiency of logistics operation and the performance of logistics system, it is necessary to understand the concept of enterprise development, the characteristics of industry, the characteristics of operational materials, and analyze and choose the mode of logistics operation. Different scholars have their own views on the role of fourth-party logistics in enterprises. In this paper, the author studies the selection decision-making system based on AHP, and puts forward the methods of inventory management and information system construction. Established Tianjin Port Logistics Development Co., Ltd. Fourth party logistics business framework. This study not only improves the logistics efficiency and reduces the inventory ratio, but also has practical significance for the development of the fourth party logistics business. Based on the methods of literature, questionnaire, field investigation and communication with experts and scholars, this paper analyzes the preconditions of developing the fourth party logistics business, the resource conditions and existing problems of Tianjin Port Logistics Development Co., Ltd. This paper puts forward the organizational form of developing the fourth party logistics business, the concrete operation mode, the main content and the concrete method of the fourth party logistics business under the present condition. For guiding Tianjin Port Logistics Development Co., Ltd. fourth party logistics business development has a guiding role and maneuverability.
