重慶市軌道交通地下空間商業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式研究
[Abstract]:With the development of society and economy, rail transit, as a green vehicle to solve the problem of urban congestion, has become an indispensable part of urban construction. The comprehensive development and utilization of underground space has gradually become the focus of attention of major cities. Urban rail transit is not only the "lifeline" of the city, but also the "economic prosperity line", which has changed the city's commercial layout and people's inherent consumption habits, and has great potential commercial value. Whether its commercial value can be fully explored depends to a great extent on the success of business operation. This paper is based on the research on the comprehensive development and utilization of underground space of Chongqing rail transit, a key scientific and technological project of Chongqing, and based on the construction plan of Chongqing rail transit, combined with the present situation and characteristics of the commercial development and management of Chongqing rail transit. This paper studies the commercial management model of underground space of Chongqing rail transit, and obtains the following main conclusions: 1 by analyzing the relationship between rail transit and commerce, we draw lessons from the concept of subway commerce. This paper defines rail transit commerce, and puts forward four basic dimensions of rail transit commerce. 2 on the basis of the investigation of the present situation of the commercial operation of the metro at home and abroad, the paper analyzes the data of the commercial income of the subway at home and abroad, compares the gap between the domestic and foreign cities, and sums up the causes of the gap. (3) based on the classification of urban functional areas in our country and the characteristics of Chongqing's urban function and layout, this paper classifies the rail transit stations in Chongqing. On this basis, according to the consumption characteristics and demand of passenger flow, passenger flow and other factors, the commercial pattern of rail transit is laid out. (4) the advantages and disadvantages of five common modes of commercial operation of rail transit are analyzed and compared, and the methods of commercial operation of rail transit at home and abroad are summarized. On this basis, from three aspects of management content, management mode, and suitable site, the author gives some suggestions on the chain management model and lease management mode (including advertising management, brand creation) suitable for underground business of rail transit.
