天津市城市公共交通體系一體化發(fā)展研究
[Abstract]:Tianjin is gradually being built into an international port city with economic prosperity, social civilization, developed science and education, perfect facilities and beautiful environment, as well as an economic center and an ecological city in the north. With the rapid development of Tianjin's urban construction and the increasing population and motor vehicles, traffic problems in Tianjin are becoming increasingly prominent. Drawing lessons from the advanced experience of urban traffic development at home and abroad, it can be found that urban public transport is an important measure to solve urban traffic problems, and the integrated development of urban public transport system is to improve the urban public transport environment. The main means to improve the urban public transportation travel share rate. At present, there are still some problems in the integrated online network planning, operation facilities and ticket price management of Tianjin urban public transport system, which are mainly shown as route planning, unreasonable time arrangement and low coordination degree. Transfer facilities, information network and ground bus lanes are still inadequate, ticket format, fare charging is not uniform, and so on. This paper focuses on the integration of Tianjin urban public transport system, based on the reference of literature and advanced experience of domestic and foreign urban public transport, discusses the three aspects of network planning, operation facilities and ticket price management. Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, the existing problems and present situation are analyzed, the integration of Tianjin urban public transport system is designed, and a variety of combination strategies are used to support it. In order to realize the integration development of Tianjin city public transportation system. The main contents of the study are as follows: firstly, the paper analyzes the existing literature, summarizes the representative viewpoints and research methods of many scholars, and lays the groundwork for the research ideas of this paper. This paper gives a detailed description of the related concepts of urban public transport, defines the integration of urban public transport system, and defines the scope of the concept for the later empirical analysis. At the same time, under the guidance of public goods theory, system theory and sustainable development theory, this paper lays a good theoretical foundation for the article. Thirdly, the paper comprehensively analyzes the present situation of the integration of Tianjin urban public transport system. In this paper, the author points out the problems existing in all kinds of urban public transportation modes in three aspects, analyzes the trend of the integration of Tianjin's urban public transport system by using SWOT, and combines the expert questionnaire survey with FAHP. Using quantitative method to evaluate the integration of urban public transport system in Tianjin. Then, the paper uses the expected value model to design the theoretical model of the integration of urban public transport system, planning and operating facilities of the network, respectively. In order to achieve the integration of Tianjin urban public transport system, the paper gives the relevant strategies in three aspects: policy planning, capital investment and operation planning. To promote the rapid formation of urban public transport system integration in Tianjin. It is hoped that the research in this paper will be of guiding significance to the development of Tianjin urban public transport.
