【摘要】：天津市正逐步建設(shè)成為經(jīng)濟(jì)繁榮、社會(huì)文明、科教發(fā)達(dá)、設(shè)施完善、環(huán)境優(yōu)美的國(guó)際港口城市、北方經(jīng)濟(jì)中心和生態(tài)城市。隨著天津市城市建設(shè)的快速發(fā)展,人口及機(jī)動(dòng)車輛的不斷增加,天津市交通問題日漸凸顯。借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外城市交通發(fā)展的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)可以發(fā)現(xiàn),城市公共交通是解決城市交通問題的重要措施,而城市公共交通體系一體化發(fā)展則是改善城市公共交通環(huán)境,提高城市公共交通出行分擔(dān)率的主要手段。當(dāng)前,天津市城市公共交通體系一體化在線網(wǎng)規(guī)劃、運(yùn)營(yíng)設(shè)施、票制票價(jià)管理三個(gè)關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)還存在一定問題,主要表現(xiàn)為路線規(guī)劃、時(shí)間安排不合理,協(xié)調(diào)程度較低;換乘設(shè)施、信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)及地面公交專用車道的設(shè)置仍顯不足;票制格式、票價(jià)計(jì)費(fèi)不統(tǒng)一等方面。本文以天津市城市公共交通體系一體化為著眼點(diǎn),在查閱文獻(xiàn)、參考國(guó)內(nèi)外城市公共交通先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,圍繞其線網(wǎng)規(guī)劃、運(yùn)營(yíng)設(shè)施、票制票價(jià)管理三個(gè)方面展開論述。通過定性與定量相結(jié)合的辦法,對(duì)存在的問題及現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)天津市城市公共交通體系一體化進(jìn)行完善設(shè)計(jì),并運(yùn)用多種組合策略進(jìn)行支撐,以實(shí)現(xiàn)天津市城市公共交通體系的一體化發(fā)展。研究的主要內(nèi)容如下:論文首先對(duì)已有的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)眾多學(xué)者的代表性觀點(diǎn)及研究方法,為本文研究思路做下鋪墊;其次,論文對(duì)城市公共交通的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行詳細(xì)敘述,明確城市公共交通體系一體化定義,為后面的實(shí)證分析界定概念范圍。同時(shí)以公共物品理論、系統(tǒng)論、可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論為指導(dǎo),為文章研究打好理論基礎(chǔ);再次,論文全面分析了天津市城市公共交通體系一體化的現(xiàn)狀,圍繞三個(gè)方面指出各類城市公共交通方式在自身及協(xié)調(diào)方面存在的問題,采用SWOT分析天津市城市公共交通體系一體化的趨勢(shì)前景,將專家問卷調(diào)查與FAHP相結(jié)合,運(yùn)用定量方法對(duì)天津市城市公共交通體系一體化做出評(píng)價(jià);之后,論文利用期望值模型對(duì)城市公共交通體系一體化做出理論模型設(shè)計(jì),分別對(duì)線網(wǎng)規(guī)劃、運(yùn)營(yíng)設(shè)施、票制票價(jià)管理進(jìn)行了具體的完善設(shè)計(jì),以達(dá)到天津市城市公共交通體系一體化的效果;最后,論文在政策規(guī)劃、資金投入、運(yùn)營(yíng)統(tǒng)籌三個(gè)方面給出相關(guān)策略,促進(jìn)天津市城市公共交通體系一體化的快速形成。希望本文的研究對(duì)天津市城市公共交通的發(fā)展具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Tianjin is gradually being built into an international port city with economic prosperity, social civilization, developed science and education, perfect facilities and beautiful environment, as well as an economic center and an ecological city in the north. With the rapid development of Tianjin's urban construction and the increasing population and motor vehicles, traffic problems in Tianjin are becoming increasingly prominent. Drawing lessons from the advanced experience of urban traffic development at home and abroad, it can be found that urban public transport is an important measure to solve urban traffic problems, and the integrated development of urban public transport system is to improve the urban public transport environment. The main means to improve the urban public transportation travel share rate. At present, there are still some problems in the integrated online network planning, operation facilities and ticket price management of Tianjin urban public transport system, which are mainly shown as route planning, unreasonable time arrangement and low coordination degree. Transfer facilities, information network and ground bus lanes are still inadequate, ticket format, fare charging is not uniform, and so on. This paper focuses on the integration of Tianjin urban public transport system, based on the reference of literature and advanced experience of domestic and foreign urban public transport, discusses the three aspects of network planning, operation facilities and ticket price management. Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, the existing problems and present situation are analyzed, the integration of Tianjin urban public transport system is designed, and a variety of combination strategies are used to support it. In order to realize the integration development of Tianjin city public transportation system. The main contents of the study are as follows: firstly, the paper analyzes the existing literature, summarizes the representative viewpoints and research methods of many scholars, and lays the groundwork for the research ideas of this paper. This paper gives a detailed description of the related concepts of urban public transport, defines the integration of urban public transport system, and defines the scope of the concept for the later empirical analysis. At the same time, under the guidance of public goods theory, system theory and sustainable development theory, this paper lays a good theoretical foundation for the article. Thirdly, the paper comprehensively analyzes the present situation of the integration of Tianjin urban public transport system. In this paper, the author points out the problems existing in all kinds of urban public transportation modes in three aspects, analyzes the trend of the integration of Tianjin's urban public transport system by using SWOT, and combines the expert questionnaire survey with FAHP. Using quantitative method to evaluate the integration of urban public transport system in Tianjin. Then, the paper uses the expected value model to design the theoretical model of the integration of urban public transport system, planning and operating facilities of the network, respectively. In order to achieve the integration of Tianjin urban public transport system, the paper gives the relevant strategies in three aspects: policy planning, capital investment and operation planning. To promote the rapid formation of urban public transport system integration in Tianjin. It is hoped that the research in this paper will be of guiding significance to the development of Tianjin urban public transport.
