【摘要】：在內(nèi)蒙古出租車(chē)行業(yè)發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在很多問(wèn)題,例如:從業(yè)人員服務(wù)意識(shí)不高,經(jīng)營(yíng)權(quán)不清晰,非法營(yíng)運(yùn)車(chē)輛過(guò)多,新型業(yè)態(tài)發(fā)展帶來(lái)的沖擊等。這些問(wèn)題的出現(xiàn),和管理制度落后、監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)自身缺失等有極大的關(guān)系。內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)為了實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展、城市文明建設(shè)以及交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)的健康發(fā)展,對(duì)出租車(chē)行業(yè)加大監(jiān)管力度勢(shì)在必行。本文首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外出租車(chē)行業(yè)管制研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行梳理,其次闡述了出租車(chē)行業(yè)政府監(jiān)管的相關(guān)理論,然后在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)出租車(chē)行業(yè)政府監(jiān)管問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析與探討。論文在探討過(guò)程中,指出針對(duì)政府監(jiān)管方面,主要從市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入條件、出租車(chē)數(shù)量、價(jià)格以及服務(wù)等方面出發(fā)進(jìn)行分析。除此之外,還對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)出租車(chē)具體發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行了分析,比如:出租車(chē)的數(shù)量分析、出租車(chē)經(jīng)營(yíng)權(quán)類型等方面進(jìn)行分析。在實(shí)際分析與探討的基礎(chǔ)上,了解內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)出租車(chē)行業(yè)政府監(jiān)管中存在的問(wèn)題,進(jìn)而根據(jù)其存在問(wèn)題找出原因,從而總結(jié)出未來(lái)內(nèi)蒙古出租車(chē)行業(yè)政府監(jiān)管的對(duì)策與建議。
[Abstract]:There are many problems in the development of taxi industry in Inner Mongolia, such as: the service consciousness of the employees is not high, the right of operation is not clear, the illegal operation vehicles are too many, and the impact brought by the development of the new type of business. The emergence of these problems has a great relationship with the backward management system and the lack of supervision system itself. In order to realize the stable development of economy, the construction of urban civilization and the healthy development of transportation, it is imperative to strengthen the supervision of taxi industry in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region. In this paper, the domestic and foreign taxi industry regulation research status quo is first combed, then elaborated the taxi industry government supervision related theory, then carries on the analysis and the discussion to the Inner Mongolia area taxi profession government supervision question. In the process of discussion, the paper points out that in view of the government supervision, it mainly analyzes the market access conditions, taxi quantity, price and service, and so on. In addition, the development of taxis in Inner Mongolia is analyzed, such as the analysis of the number of taxis, the types of taxi management rights and so on. On the basis of practical analysis and discussion, this paper understands the problems existing in the government supervision of taxi industry in Inner Mongolia, and then finds out the causes according to the existing problems, and sums up the countermeasures and suggestions for the future government supervision of taxi industry in Inner Mongolia.
