北京京鐵物流有限公司多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究
[Abstract]:At present, the Ministry of Railways is vigorously promoting the implementation of diversification strategy, railway non-transport enterprises, especially railway logistics enterprises will play an important role in extending the passenger and cargo service chain. Beijing Beijing Railway Logistics Co., Ltd. is a first class non-transportation enterprise directly under Beijing Railway Bureau, mainly engaged in logistics business. How to formulate the development strategy and implementation strategy of Beijing Beijing Railway Logistics Co., Ltd is the key to the development of Beijing Beijing Railway Logistics Co., Ltd. In this paper, Beijing Beijing Railway Logistics Co., Ltd. as the research object, on the basis of the actual investigation and analysis, data collection, From the following five aspects, this paper discusses the development strategy and implementation strategy of Beijing Beijing Railway Logistics Co., Ltd. (1) it briefly introduces the domestic and foreign research on diversification, and introduces the relevant theories of diversification. This paper introduces the development course of railway diversified management. (2) introduces the basic situation, business situation and existing problems of Beijing Beijing Railway Logistics Co., Ltd. (3) expounds the existing problems in the process of railway diversification. How to formulate the diversified management development strategy of Beijing Beijing Railway Logistics Co., Ltd., analyze the potential advantages and defects of Beijing Beijing Railway Logistics Co., Ltd through SWOT analysis, clarify the bottleneck of the company's development, and find out the development mode. Determine strategic positioning, formulate strategic planning. (4) formulate the Beijing Beijing Railway Logistics Co., Ltd. Diversified development strategy implementation countermeasures, consolidate the development of core business, develop integrated logistics business, expand the business sector, To speed up the construction of logistics base and other countermeasures to meet the needs of railway diversification development, to achieve rapid development of the company.
