【摘要】：目前,鐵道部正大力推進(jìn)實(shí)施多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略,鐵路非運(yùn)輸企業(yè)特別是鐵路物流企業(yè)將在延伸客貨服務(wù)鏈條方面扮演重要角色。北京京鐵物流有限公司是北京鐵路局直屬的一級(jí)非運(yùn)輸企業(yè),主要從事物流業(yè)務(wù),如何制定北京京鐵物流有限公司的多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及實(shí)施對(duì)策是公司發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。本論文以北京京鐵物流有限公司為研究對(duì)象,在實(shí)際調(diào)研分析、數(shù)據(jù)匯總收集的基礎(chǔ)上,從以下五個(gè)方面對(duì)北京京鐵物流有限公司的多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及實(shí)施對(duì)策進(jìn)行了探討。 (1)簡(jiǎn)單介紹國(guó)內(nèi)、國(guó)外多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)研究概況,介紹多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)相關(guān)理論,介紹鐵路多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展歷程。 (2)介紹北京京鐵物流有限公司的基本情況、業(yè)務(wù)情況進(jìn)行介紹,剖析存在的問(wèn)題。 (3)闡述在目前鐵路多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中,如何制定北京京鐵物流有限公司的多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略；通過(guò)SWOT分析法分析北京京鐵物流有限公司的潛力優(yōu)勢(shì)以及存在的缺陷,明確公司發(fā)展瓶頸,找出發(fā)展模式,確定戰(zhàn)略定位,制定戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。 (4)制定北京京鐵物流有限公司多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施對(duì)策,鞏固發(fā)展核心業(yè)務(wù),開(kāi)展綜合物流業(yè)務(wù),拓展業(yè)務(wù)板塊,加快物流基地建設(shè)等多種對(duì)策為發(fā)展方向,適應(yīng)鐵路多元化發(fā)展需要,實(shí)現(xiàn)公司快速發(fā)展。 (5)闡述北京京鐵物流有限公司對(duì)于多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的保障,包括企業(yè)內(nèi)部組織結(jié)構(gòu)和經(jīng)營(yíng)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整、加強(qiáng)人力資源建設(shè)、加強(qiáng)信息化建設(shè)以及企業(yè)文化建設(shè)等。
[Abstract]:At present, the Ministry of Railways is vigorously promoting the implementation of diversification strategy, railway non-transport enterprises, especially railway logistics enterprises will play an important role in extending the passenger and cargo service chain. Beijing Beijing Railway Logistics Co., Ltd. is a first class non-transportation enterprise directly under Beijing Railway Bureau, mainly engaged in logistics business. How to formulate the development strategy and implementation strategy of Beijing Beijing Railway Logistics Co., Ltd is the key to the development of Beijing Beijing Railway Logistics Co., Ltd. In this paper, Beijing Beijing Railway Logistics Co., Ltd. as the research object, on the basis of the actual investigation and analysis, data collection, From the following five aspects, this paper discusses the development strategy and implementation strategy of Beijing Beijing Railway Logistics Co., Ltd. How to formulate the diversified management development strategy of Beijing Beijing Railway Logistics Co., Ltd., analyze the potential advantages and defects of Beijing Beijing Railway Logistics Co., Ltd through SWOT analysis, clarify the bottleneck of the company's development, and find out the development mode. Determine strategic positioning, formulate strategic planning. (4) formulate the Beijing Beijing Railway Logistics Co., Ltd. Diversified development strategy implementation countermeasures, consolidate the development of core business, develop integrated logistics business, expand the business sector, To speed up the construction of logistics base and other countermeasures to meet the needs of railway diversification development, to achieve rapid development of the company.
