基于KPI理論的鐵路基層站段關(guān)鍵績(jī)效指標(biāo)研究

【摘要】:為使鐵路運(yùn)輸企業(yè)將精力集中于影響企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)的關(guān)鍵活動(dòng)上,并最終完成總體績(jī)效目標(biāo),在概述關(guān)鍵績(jī)效指標(biāo)(KPI)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)鐵路運(yùn)輸企業(yè)的總體考核要求,運(yùn)用KPI方法工具,對(duì)影響經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)績(jī)的安全、運(yùn)輸收入、利潤(rùn)、運(yùn)量及周轉(zhuǎn)量、客戶(hù)等關(guān)鍵成功因素進(jìn)行分析,在關(guān)鍵成功因素的基礎(chǔ)上確定鐵路運(yùn)輸企業(yè)下屬基層站段的關(guān)鍵績(jī)效指標(biāo),將關(guān)鍵績(jī)效指標(biāo)與每位員工的具體工作掛鉤,以有效地對(duì)其工作情況進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:In order to make railway transportation enterprises focus on the key activities that affect the business objectives, and finally complete the overall performance goals, on the basis of summarizing the (KPI) theory of key performance indicators, according to the overall evaluation requirements of railway transport enterprises, The key success factors, such as safety, transportation income, profit, transportation volume, turnover and customer, are analyzed by using KPI method. On the basis of the key success factors, the key performance indicators of the subordinate stations and sections of railway transportation enterprises are determined, and the key performance indicators are linked to the specific work of each employee in order to evaluate their work situation effectively.
