【摘要】：從政府管理架構(gòu)和法律法規(guī)體系兩個(gè)方面分別介紹了中國(guó)和美國(guó)危險(xiǎn)品航空運(yùn)輸?shù)恼芾眢w制,并比較研究了我國(guó)與美國(guó)在危險(xiǎn)品航空運(yùn)輸政府監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置、人員配備及法律法規(guī)體系方面存在的差距,為我國(guó)危險(xiǎn)品航空運(yùn)輸政府監(jiān)管體系的健全和完善提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the government management system of dangerous goods air transport in China and the United States from two aspects of government management structure and laws and regulations system, and compares and studies the establishment of government supervision agencies in China and the United States in dangerous goods air transport. The gaps in staffing and laws and regulations system provide reference for the improvement of government supervision system of dangerous goods air transportation.
