航空企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的績效評價(jià)研究
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the world economy is developing rapidly and the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more intense. Aviation enterprises have the best opportunity to develop, but at the same time, they are also facing enormous challenges. In order to realize the development of aviation enterprises, they need to increase the intensity of technological innovation. Improve the ability and level of technological innovation. Science and technology is the first productive force and an important driving force to promote economic development. The implementation of technological innovation will help to expand the scale of technological innovation of aviation enterprises, constantly improve the technological level of aviation enterprises, realize the enterprises to become bigger and stronger, and become the leader of the industry. Based on the basic theory of technological innovation and performance evaluation, this paper briefly discusses the theory and method of performance evaluation of technological innovation, combined with the characteristics of aviation enterprises. This paper analyzes the influence of technological innovation on enterprise's technological innovation from two aspects of internal and external factors, and establishes an appropriate performance evaluation model based on the data envelopment analysis method of performance evaluation. A comprehensive evaluation of the status of technological innovation in some aviation enterprises has been carried out, and an effective method to improve the level of technological innovation has been obtained. Using the method of performance evaluation to evaluate the technological innovation can comprehensively grasp the capability and stage level of the technological innovation of the aviation enterprises, make the aviation enterprises continuously promote the technological innovation and introduce advanced specialized technology and equipment. Improve the efficiency of the use of resources, optimize the allocation of resources, and find the way of technological innovation suitable for the development of aviation enterprises.
