【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速，企業(yè)間的競爭越來越激烈，航空企業(yè)迎來了最好的發(fā)展時(shí)機(jī)，但是同時(shí)也面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)，航空企業(yè)要實(shí)現(xiàn)發(fā)展，需要加大技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的力度，提高技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的能力和水平。科學(xué)技術(shù)是第一生產(chǎn)力，是促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要推動(dòng)力量。實(shí)行技術(shù)創(chuàng)新，有利于擴(kuò)大航空企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新規(guī)模，不斷提高航空企業(yè)的技術(shù)水平，實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)做大做強(qiáng)，成為行業(yè)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者。 本文以技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和績效評價(jià)的基本理論作為基礎(chǔ)，結(jié)合航空企業(yè)的特征，簡要的論述技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的績效評價(jià)的理論和方法，從技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的內(nèi)部因素和外部因素兩個(gè)角度分析了它們對企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)的影響，并在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合績效評價(jià)的數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析方法，建立合適的績效評價(jià)模型，對當(dāng)前一些航空企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新狀況進(jìn)行綜合評價(jià)，得到了提高技術(shù)創(chuàng)新水平的有效方法。運(yùn)用績效評價(jià)的方法對技術(shù)創(chuàng)新進(jìn)行評價(jià)，，可以全面地把握航空企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力和階段水平，使航空企業(yè)不斷推進(jìn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新，引進(jìn)先進(jìn)的專業(yè)技術(shù)和設(shè)備，提高資源的使用效率，優(yōu)化資源配置，找到適合航空企業(yè)發(fā)展的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的道路。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the world economy is developing rapidly and the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more intense. Aviation enterprises have the best opportunity to develop, but at the same time, they are also facing enormous challenges. In order to realize the development of aviation enterprises, they need to increase the intensity of technological innovation. Improve the ability and level of technological innovation. Science and technology is the first productive force and an important driving force to promote economic development. The implementation of technological innovation will help to expand the scale of technological innovation of aviation enterprises, constantly improve the technological level of aviation enterprises, realize the enterprises to become bigger and stronger, and become the leader of the industry. Based on the basic theory of technological innovation and performance evaluation, this paper briefly discusses the theory and method of performance evaluation of technological innovation, combined with the characteristics of aviation enterprises. This paper analyzes the influence of technological innovation on enterprise's technological innovation from two aspects of internal and external factors, and establishes an appropriate performance evaluation model based on the data envelopment analysis method of performance evaluation. A comprehensive evaluation of the status of technological innovation in some aviation enterprises has been carried out, and an effective method to improve the level of technological innovation has been obtained. Using the method of performance evaluation to evaluate the technological innovation can comprehensively grasp the capability and stage level of the technological innovation of the aviation enterprises, make the aviation enterprises continuously promote the technological innovation and introduce advanced specialized technology and equipment. Improve the efficiency of the use of resources, optimize the allocation of resources, and find the way of technological innovation suitable for the development of aviation enterprises.
