【摘要】：隨著成都市社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,城市規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,人口不斷增長(zhǎng),城市交通問題也日益突出。交通需求量急劇增長(zhǎng),交通供給的增長(zhǎng)出現(xiàn)了滯后性。以解決交通問題為唯一目標(biāo)的辦法“車多修路,路多車多再修路”已難以適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代化的交通管理需求。因?yàn)檫@種傳統(tǒng)的管理方法沒有充分考慮資源和環(huán)境的可承載性,要實(shí)現(xiàn)城市交通的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,必須從長(zhǎng)期、持續(xù)發(fā)展公共交通上尋求突破。 本文首先對(duì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展公共交通的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行介紹,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外城市公共交通發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的總結(jié),在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過實(shí)地調(diào)查等方法,收集成都市公共交通發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的第一手實(shí)證資料,從成都市公共交通系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)、內(nèi)部與外部系統(tǒng)關(guān)系兩個(gè)方面分別進(jìn)行研究,從而找出成都市公共交通可持續(xù)發(fā)展存在的問題。最后,針對(duì)公共交通可持續(xù)發(fā)展存在的問題,從營(yíng)運(yùn)結(jié)構(gòu)的完善、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè)、公共交通服務(wù)水平的提高、公交經(jīng)營(yíng)主體的整合以及公交政策優(yōu)先五個(gè)方面分析,提出可持續(xù)發(fā)展對(duì)策,如：優(yōu)化線網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)、大力發(fā)展快速公交以及軌道交通、實(shí)現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)公交一體化,確保公交路權(quán)優(yōu)先等措施來緩解城市道路交通擁堵狀況,實(shí)現(xiàn)成都市公共交通的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy in Chengdu, the urban scale is expanding, the population is increasing, and the urban traffic problem is becoming more and more prominent. Traffic demand increases rapidly, the growth of traffic supply appears lag. The only way to solve the traffic problem is "more roads and more roads, more roads and more roads", which is difficult to meet the needs of modern traffic management. Because this traditional management method does not fully consider the carrying capacity of resources and environment, in order to realize the sustainable development of urban traffic, we must seek a breakthrough in the long-term and sustainable development of public transport. This paper first introduces the relevant theories of sustainable development of public transport, and systematically summarizes the experience of the development of urban public transport at home and abroad, on the basis of this, through field investigation and other methods, This paper collects the first-hand empirical data of the development of Chengdu public transport, studies the structure of Chengdu public transportation system, the relationship between internal and external systems, and finds out the problems existing in the sustainable development of Chengdu public transport. Finally, in view of the problems existing in the sustainable development of public transport, this paper analyzes the five aspects of the improvement of operation structure, the construction of infrastructure, the improvement of public transport service level, the integration of public transport operators and the priority of public transport policy. The countermeasures of sustainable development are put forward, such as optimizing the network structure, vigorously developing bus rapid transit and rail transit, realizing the integration of urban and rural public transportation, ensuring the priority of public transport right and so on, in order to alleviate the congestion of urban road traffic. Realize the sustainable development of Chengdu public transportation.
