【摘要】：隨著全球化進(jìn)程的加快,各地經(jīng)濟(jì)和貿(mào)易往來(lái)日趨緊密,港口在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的意義和作用也越來(lái)越明顯。綜觀古今中外,沿海城市無(wú)一不是伴隨著港口的發(fā)展而興盛起來(lái)的,港口對(duì)其所在城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有較強(qiáng)的帶動(dòng)作用；反過(guò)來(lái),港口城市的迅速崛起又給港口提供了各種各樣的資源和服務(wù)以及發(fā)展環(huán)境,從而提高了港口的綜合實(shí)力。在這種大背景下,研究港口與城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的有效性評(píng)價(jià)既有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,又有積極影響。 港口與城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的有效性,是指兩者之間在互動(dòng)發(fā)展過(guò)程中,其中一方對(duì)另一方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展存在促進(jìn)作用。對(duì)港口與城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的有效性評(píng)價(jià),是指評(píng)價(jià)港口對(duì)城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的促進(jìn)作用和城市對(duì)港口經(jīng)濟(jì)的帶動(dòng)效用是否有效。通過(guò)對(duì)兩者之間經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的有效性評(píng)價(jià),可以發(fā)現(xiàn)港口和城市發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題,根據(jù)問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的原因提出解決對(duì)策,從而保障港口與城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。 本文選用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析法(DEA方法)對(duì)港口與城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的有效性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),選取青島港作為評(píng)價(jià)的實(shí)證分析部分,青島港是山東省港口的“龍頭”,對(duì)青島港的評(píng)價(jià)研究可以為其他港口的發(fā)展提供很好的借鑒和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。通過(guò)DEA有效性評(píng)價(jià)可以發(fā)現(xiàn),青島港與城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展兩者之間是有效的。在互動(dòng)發(fā)展的過(guò)程中,青島港的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展可以促進(jìn)城市的發(fā)展,而城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的提速也可以帶動(dòng)港口的發(fā)展。最后,本文提出了港口與城市經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的建議和措施,為以后兩者之間的互動(dòng)蓬勃發(fā)展提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the globalization process, the economic and trade exchanges are becoming closer and closer, and the significance and role of ports in economic development are becoming more and more obvious. Throughout the ages, all coastal cities have flourished with the development of ports, and the ports have a strong driving effect on the economic development of their cities; conversely, The rapid rise of port city provides various resources, services and development environment to the port, thus improving the comprehensive strength of the port. Under this background, the study on the effectiveness of port and urban economic development has both practical significance and positive impact. The validity of the development of port and city economy means that in the process of interactive development between the two, one of them promotes the economic development of the other. The evaluation of the effectiveness of port and urban economic development refers to the evaluation of the promotion effect of port to urban economy and the effectiveness of driving effect of city to port economy. By evaluating the effectiveness of the economic development between the two, we can find out the problems existing in the port and urban development, and put forward some countermeasures according to the causes of the problems, so as to ensure the coordinated development of the port and the urban economy. In this paper, data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is used to evaluate the effectiveness of port and urban economic development, and Qingdao Port is selected as the empirical analysis part. Qingdao Port is the "leading port" of Shandong Province. The evaluation and study of Qingdao Port can provide a good reference and experience for the development of other ports. Through the evaluation of DEA effectiveness, it is found that Qingdao Port and urban economic development are effective. In the process of interactive development, the economic development of Qingdao Port can promote the development of the city, and the speed of the economic development of the city can also promote the development of the port. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions and measures for the coordinated development of port and city economy, which provides a reference for the vigorous development of the interaction between port and city.
