【摘要】：長(zhǎng)三角城市群城市間分工協(xié)作和區(qū)域治理日趨完善,交通發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)新的趨勢(shì)和挑戰(zhàn)。從城際關(guān)系、樞紐格局、空間演變、供需關(guān)系、理念技術(shù)五個(gè)方面探討長(zhǎng)三角城市群交通發(fā)展新的趨勢(shì)特征以及衍生問(wèn)題。區(qū)域及城際交通體系層面,提出面向全局的交通資源優(yōu)化配置和面向城鎮(zhèn)群空間的城際客運(yùn)交通系統(tǒng)整合兩條路徑;城市交通轉(zhuǎn)型和可持續(xù)發(fā)展層面,提出交通與空間協(xié)同發(fā)展、交通系統(tǒng)整合提效、交通精細(xì)化管理三項(xiàng)策略;新理念下交通發(fā)展層面,提出促進(jìn)低碳交通、應(yīng)用新技術(shù)引導(dǎo)交通革新、主動(dòng)適應(yīng)新態(tài)勢(shì)三類導(dǎo)向。最后,從體制機(jī)制層面提出相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:The division of labor and cooperation and regional governance among cities in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration are becoming more and more perfect, and the traffic development presents new trends and challenges. From five aspects of intercity relationship, hub pattern, spatial evolution, supply and demand relationship, concept and technology, this paper discusses the new trend characteristics and derivative problems of traffic development in Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration. At the level of regional and inter-city traffic system, the paper puts forward two paths: the optimal allocation of traffic resources oriented to the overall situation and the integration of intercity passenger transport system oriented to urban cluster space; the urban traffic transformation and sustainable development; This paper puts forward three strategies: coordination development of traffic and space, integration of traffic system and fine management of traffic. Under the new concept of traffic development, three strategies are put forward to promote low-carbon traffic, to apply new technology to guide traffic innovation and to adapt to the three kinds of guidance of new situation. Finally, put forward the relevant suggestions from the institutional level.
