【摘要】：“以港興市,港城互動”,目前很多港口城市都采取的這一發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略也是世界各大港口城市發(fā)展得來的經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)。這說明了港口經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展在很大程度上可以促進(jìn)其所在城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,而城市的繁榮又可以反過來作用于港口的發(fā)展,二者相輔相成。城市可以為港口的發(fā)展提供強(qiáng)有力的支撐以及廣闊的空間,港口發(fā)展最終也進(jìn)一步改善城市的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)并推進(jìn)城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,最終帶動整個(gè)區(qū)域及全社會的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。 隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的進(jìn)一步全球化發(fā)展,各國之間資源要素的流動必定會促進(jìn)國際貿(mào)易發(fā)展速度的長期加快,沿海城市憑借其優(yōu)越的地理位置,便利的交通條件等優(yōu)勢,會成為一國發(fā)展對外貿(mào)易的門戶,是一國加入全球一體化經(jīng)濟(jì)潮流中的關(guān)鍵地區(qū)所在,這樣港口就會在引領(lǐng)所在區(qū)域參與國際分工的過程中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。我國也正處于經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展期,在此背景下,研究我國港口與城市互動發(fā)展關(guān)系也是必不可少的。 目前,作為我國北方經(jīng)濟(jì)中心的天津市,天津港是其重要的戰(zhàn)略資源,歷史上天津港曾經(jīng)歷了三次大規(guī)模的歷史變遷,并且每一次的變遷都在天津歷史上引發(fā)了港城互動的演進(jìn)過程,同時(shí)也推動著天津城市發(fā)展重心的轉(zhuǎn)移。當(dāng)前天津市應(yīng)抓住機(jī)遇,充分利用天津港口資源優(yōu)勢,發(fā)現(xiàn)并解決港城發(fā)展過程中所存在的矛盾,同時(shí)借鑒國內(nèi)外先進(jìn)港口的發(fā)展模式與發(fā)展路徑,使天津港城進(jìn)一步良好互動發(fā)展,促進(jìn)天津經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)其作為北方經(jīng)濟(jì)中心的功能定位,同時(shí)也為我國其他沿海港口城市提供一定的指導(dǎo)與借鑒。
[Abstract]:The development strategy adopted by many port cities is also a summary of the experience gained from the development of major port cities in the world. This shows that the development of port economy can to a large extent promote the economic development of the city in which it is located, and the prosperity of the city can in turn act on the development of the port, both of which complement each other. The city can provide strong support and broad space for the development of the port. The development of the port will further improve the industrial structure of the city and promote the development of the urban economy, and eventually drive the economic development of the whole region and the whole society. With the further globalization of the world economy, the flow of resources among countries is bound to speed up the development of international trade for a long time. Coastal cities depend on their advantageous geographical location and convenient transportation conditions. It will become the gateway for a country to develop foreign trade and the key area in which a country joins the global economic trend, so the port will play a more and more important role in the process of leading the region to participate in the international division of labor. China is also in the period of rapid economic development. Under this background, it is necessary to study the relationship between port and city. At present, Tianjin Port, as the economic center of northern China, is an important strategic resource. Tianjin Port has experienced three large-scale historical changes in its history. And each of the changes in the history of Tianjin has led to the evolution of the interaction between Hong Kong and the city, but also to promote the transfer of the focus of urban development in Tianjin. At present, Tianjin should seize the opportunity, make full use of the advantages of Tianjin port resources, discover and solve the contradictions existing in the development of the port city, and draw lessons from the development mode and development path of the advanced ports at home and abroad. So that Tianjin Port City can further develop well, promote the rapid development of Tianjin economy, finally realize its function orientation as the northern economic center, and at the same time provide some guidance and reference for other coastal port cities of our country.
