【摘要】：港口的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展極大地帶動了區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,港口經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展也對區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)有促進優(yōu)化作用。港口由于處于陸地與水域的結(jié)合處,具有的其他集疏運系統(tǒng)無法比擬的先天條件,港口集疏運系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展很大程度上促進了區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。中國在1.8萬公里的海岸線上,布滿了各種大小不同,作用不同的港口,每一個港口都是一個的經(jīng)濟體,它們不僅是國內(nèi)外商業(yè)貿(mào)易的載體,也極大地帶動了每個港口所在地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟文化發(fā)展,中國經(jīng)濟構(gòu)成中,港口經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展已經(jīng)逐漸成為中國經(jīng)濟構(gòu)成中舉足輕重的一部分。 在港口系統(tǒng)中,集疏運系統(tǒng)是港口系統(tǒng)的最重要的系統(tǒng)之一,也是支撐港口生存和發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)系統(tǒng)。改革開放后,港口業(yè)務(wù)的快速發(fā)展和吞吐量的不斷增加,一方面是對港口基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的水平有了更高的要求,另一方面是對港口集疏運系統(tǒng)的更深層次的完善和提高的極大挑戰(zhàn)。 本論文首先介紹了陽江港和與之接軌的陽陽鐵路專用線的基本概況,通過實地考察研究,分析了當(dāng)前陽江港和陽陽鐵路專用線在基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)、運營管理和運輸組織方面存在的問題和不足。 其次,在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上歸納總結(jié)出針對陽江港集疏運系統(tǒng)的評價指標(biāo)體系,運用層次分析法確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重,最終得到陽江港集疏運系統(tǒng)的評價結(jié)果。 最后,建立了港口集疏云系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化模型,確定了使用遺傳算法得到優(yōu)化貨運站建設(shè)點之間的最優(yōu)線路,從而得到港口物流集疏運系統(tǒng)的最優(yōu)發(fā)展和建設(shè)模式。并提出來陽江港集疏運系統(tǒng)建設(shè)規(guī)劃的改進方向和措施。
[Abstract]:The development of port economy has greatly promoted the development of regional economy, and the development of port economy has also promoted the optimization of regional industrial structure. Because the port is located in the combination of land and water, the development of port transportation system promotes the development of regional economy to a great extent. China's coastline of 18000 kilometers is full of ports of different sizes and functions. Each port is an economy, and they are not only carriers of domestic and foreign commerce and trade. The development of port economy has become an important part of Chinese economic composition. In the port system, the distribution system is one of the most important systems of the port system, and it is also the basic system to support the survival and development of the port. After the reform and opening up, the rapid development of port business and the continuous increase of throughput, on the one hand, has higher requirements on the level of port infrastructure, on the other hand, it is a great challenge to the further improvement and improvement of port transportation system. This paper first introduces the basic situation of Yangjiang Port and Yangyang Railway Special Line which is connected with Yangjiang Port, and analyzes the current infrastructure construction of Yangjiang Port and Yangyang Railway Special Line through field investigation. Problems and deficiencies in operational management and transportation organization. Secondly, on the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper summarizes the evaluation index system of Yangjiang port transportation system, determines the index weight by AHP, and finally obtains the evaluation results of Yangjiang port transportation system. Finally, the optimization model of port gathering and dispersing system is established, and the optimal route between the construction points of the optimized freight station is determined by using genetic algorithm, and the optimal development and construction mode of port logistics gathering and distributing system are obtained. And put forward the Yangjiang port transportation system construction planning direction and measures.
