【摘要】：城際鐵路的建設(shè)時序是政府部門和運輸企業(yè)等決策的重要依據(jù),特別是在當(dāng)前鐵路改革的新形勢下,鐵路建設(shè)時序的重要程度日益顯著�？紤]河南省城際鐵路建設(shè)規(guī)劃中存在的問題及相關(guān)政策的變化,從影響建設(shè)時序的多種因素出發(fā)進行剖析,利用定性與定量相結(jié)合的方法,分析河南省規(guī)劃城際鐵路的建設(shè)時序,即建設(shè)先后次序為鄭登洛城際鐵路、鄭新城際鐵路、機許城際鐵路、許平城際鐵路。
[Abstract]:The timing of inter-city railway construction is an important basis for government departments and transportation enterprises to make decisions. Especially in the new situation of railway reform, the importance of railway construction timing is becoming more and more significant. Considering the problems existing in the planning of inter-city railway construction in Henan Province and the changes of related policies, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the construction sequence and makes use of the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis. This paper analyzes the sequence of construction of intercity railway in Henan Province, that is, the sequence of construction is Zheng Dengluo Intercity Railway, Zheng Xin Intercity Railway, Jixu Intercity Railway and Xu Ping Intercity Railway.
