六西格瑪方法在鹽田港業(yè)務(wù)流程改進(jìn)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著時代的發(fā)展和市場競爭的加劇,我國港口行業(yè)面臨著一個嚴(yán)峻的競爭環(huán)境。而我國大多數(shù)港口在業(yè)務(wù)流程上存在很多問題,導(dǎo)致工作效率低下,企業(yè)成本浪費(fèi)等等。而六西格瑪管理方法對業(yè)務(wù)流程改進(jìn)方面有著顯著的效果,六西格瑪管理方法的誕生,正是為了消除企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程中存在的缺陷。六西格瑪管理能夠規(guī)范企業(yè)的工作環(huán)境,構(gòu)筑碼頭服務(wù)品質(zhì),減少不必要的工作環(huán)節(jié),提升港口自身形象,提高員工素質(zhì)。 本文詳細(xì)介紹了業(yè)務(wù)流程改進(jìn)及六西格瑪管理方法的相關(guān)理論,并且描述了六西格瑪管理方法的具體實(shí)施和DMAIC (D定義,M測量,A分析,I改進(jìn),C控制)的思路。本文引入鹽田國際集裝箱碼頭的案例,作為六西格瑪項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的參考案例。鹽田港身為世界大型單港碼頭之一,對六西格瑪在港口業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化的推廣中具有重要的參考價值。在六西格瑪?shù)膶?shí)施過程中,我們需要嚴(yán)格按照DMAIC的流程進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)流程改善。其次,六西格瑪?shù)膶?shí)施不是一蹴而就的,而且需要通過嚴(yán)格的考量和控制,因次我們也對鹽田港實(shí)施六西格瑪項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了可行性分析。本文通過一個實(shí)際案例——暫收歸流程改善項(xiàng)目,描述了鹽田港如何實(shí)行并推廣六西格瑪項(xiàng)目。最后,我們分享了六西格瑪項(xiàng)目在實(shí)施過程中得到的一些啟示與建議。本文以六西格瑪管理方法在服務(wù)行業(yè)中的應(yīng)用為重點(diǎn),希望通過本文,可以對港口服務(wù)行業(yè)實(shí)施六西格瑪管理提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times and the aggravation of the market competition, the port industry of our country is facing a severe competition environment. However, there are many problems in the business process of most ports in our country, which lead to inefficient work, waste of enterprise cost and so on. Six Sigma management method has a remarkable effect on business process improvement. The birth of six Sigma management method is to eliminate the defects in business process. Six Sigma management can standardize the working environment of the enterprise, construct the service quality of wharf, reduce the unnecessary work links, improve the image of the port itself and improve the quality of the staff. This paper introduces the theory of business process improvement and six Sigma management method in detail, and describes the concrete implementation of six sigma management method and the idea of DMAIC (D definition. This paper introduces the case of Yantian International Container Terminal as a reference case for the implementation of the six Sigma Project. Yantian Port, as one of the large single port wharves in the world, has important reference value for the promotion of six Sigma in port business process optimization. In the implementation of six Sigma, we need to follow the DMAIC process to improve the business process. Secondly, the implementation of six Sigma is not accomplished overnight, and it needs strict consideration and control, so we also carry out feasibility analysis on the implementation of six Sigma Project in Yantian Port. This paper describes how to carry out and popularize the six Sigma Project in Yantian Port through a practical case-temporary return process improvement project. Finally, we share some enlightenment and suggestions from the implementation of the six Sigma Project. This paper focuses on the application of the six Sigma management method in the service industry, hoping that this paper can provide a reference basis for the implementation of six Sigma management in the port service industry.
