施工組織設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)公路項(xiàng)目成本的影響研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)加入WTO,建筑市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的建立和不斷完善,建筑市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越激烈,而要在這種環(huán)境下求得生存與發(fā)展,就必須不斷提高自身的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和管理水平。只有通過這兩方面的加強(qiáng)來(lái)對(duì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量、工期、成本進(jìn)行控制,才能有盈利的空間,才能爭(zhēng)取到市場(chǎng)占有的主動(dòng)權(quán)?梢姳疚牡难芯渴鞘钟斜匾摹 本文主要通過對(duì)施工項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)、成本構(gòu)成,以及施工組織設(shè)計(jì)所包含的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)施工組織設(shè)計(jì)影響公路項(xiàng)目成本的因素進(jìn)行了識(shí)別,然后運(yùn)用了ISM模型對(duì)影響因素進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)分析,得出了影響公路項(xiàng)目成本的二大主要因素,施工方案和資源配置計(jì)劃,并針對(duì)于這二個(gè)因素分別運(yùn)用了模糊層次分析法和蟻群算法對(duì)其進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,最后結(jié)合具體項(xiàng)目對(duì)施工方案的比選進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,并提出了優(yōu)化施組控制成本的相關(guān)建議。 本文在上述研究領(lǐng)域取得的成果有: (1)對(duì)施工組織設(shè)計(jì)與公路項(xiàng)目成本的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了分析,并對(duì)公路施工項(xiàng)項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)在公路工程和工程施工兩方面作出了總結(jié)。將公路施工項(xiàng)目的成本構(gòu)成按照時(shí)間、生產(chǎn)費(fèi)用計(jì)入成本的防范以及成本費(fèi)用目標(biāo)進(jìn)行了劃分,確定了施工組織設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容。 (2)研究了ISM模型的基本概念、應(yīng)用程序;通過使用ISM模型對(duì)施工組織設(shè)計(jì)影響項(xiàng)目成本的因素做了結(jié)構(gòu)分析,得出施工方案和資源的優(yōu)化配置對(duì)成本影響最為重要的結(jié)論。 (3)對(duì)公路項(xiàng)目施工方案比選的重要性及確定的前提條件作了闡述;對(duì)模糊層次分析法的基本概念以及應(yīng)用程序進(jìn)行了深入研究。最后,應(yīng)用該法對(duì)施工方案進(jìn)行了比選研究。 (4)在實(shí)證分析中,結(jié)合惠興高速第16合同段,應(yīng)用ISM模型對(duì)其影響成本的因素進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)性分析;并用模糊層次法對(duì)施工方案進(jìn)行了比選,最終選擇了方案C;最后提出了優(yōu)化施工組織設(shè)計(jì)以降低成本的措施。
[Abstract]:With China's entry into WTO, the construction market economy system has been established and perfected, and the competition in the construction market is becoming more and more fierce. However, in order to survive and develop in this environment, we must constantly improve our core competitiveness and management level. Only through the strengthening of these two aspects to control the project quality, time limit and cost, can there be profit space and gain the initiative power of the market. Therefore, the study of this paper is very necessary. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the construction project, the composition of the cost and the contents of the construction organization design, this paper identifies the factors that affect the cost of the highway project in the design of the construction organization. Then using the ISM model to carry on the structure analysis to the influence factor, has obtained the two main factors which influence the highway project cost, the construction plan and the resources disposition plan, Aiming at these two factors, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) and ant colony algorithm (ACA) are used to optimize them respectively. Finally, combined with specific projects, the comparison and selection of construction schemes are analyzed empirically, and the relevant suggestions for optimizing the cost of construction group control are put forward. The achievements of this paper are as follows: (1) the relationship between construction organization design and highway project cost is analyzed, and the characteristics of highway construction item are summarized in two aspects: highway engineering and engineering construction. The cost composition of highway construction project is divided according to time, production cost into cost prevention and cost target, and the main content of construction organization design is determined. (2) the basic concept of ISM model is studied. By using the ISM model, the factors that influence the project cost of the construction organization design are analyzed. The conclusion that the optimal allocation of construction plan and resources has the most important effect on the cost. (3) the importance of the comparison and selection of the construction plan of highway project and the presupposition of the determination are expounded. The basic concept and application program of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) are studied. Finally, this paper makes a comparative study on construction scheme by using this method. (4) in the empirical analysis, combined with the 16th contract section of Huexing Expressway, ISM model is used to analyze the factors that affect the cost. The method of fuzzy hierarchy is used to compare and select the construction scheme, and finally, the measures of optimizing the construction organization design to reduce the cost are put forward.
