【摘要】：隨著我國市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展,鐵路交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)迅速崛起,為國內(nèi)客運(yùn)、貨運(yùn)的發(fā)展做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn)。哈爾濱鐵路局作為全國較大的鐵路系統(tǒng),其能源消耗量位居全國第二,高效合理的利用能源顯得尤為重要。因此研究鐵路運(yùn)輸行業(yè)的節(jié)能降耗,對于實(shí)現(xiàn)鐵路可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要意義。 本文主要對哈爾濱鐵路局的節(jié)能降耗工作進(jìn)行了以下研究： 1.利用較為科學(xué)完善的手段,對哈爾濱鐵路局當(dāng)前的能源消耗和能源節(jié)能改造等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,獲取了哈爾濱鐵路局近三年的能源消耗和節(jié)能降耗的統(tǒng)計(jì)信息。 2.通過對調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)整理,分析了哈爾濱鐵路局的能源消耗現(xiàn)狀和能源節(jié)約現(xiàn)狀,能源消耗總量大,單位能源消耗工作量較低；節(jié)能技術(shù)沒有完全普及等。 3.利用多元線性回歸分析方法對能源消耗進(jìn)行數(shù)學(xué)建模及能耗分析,利用數(shù)學(xué)模型對今后的能源消耗進(jìn)行科學(xué)預(yù)測；利用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)法(DEA)對能源節(jié)約改造的有效性進(jìn)行了評價(jià),發(fā)現(xiàn)09年的煤炭節(jié)約措施投資和08年的電力投資未完全發(fā)揮作用,為哈爾濱鐵路局日后的節(jié)能資金分配提供參考。 4.根據(jù)對哈爾濱鐵路局節(jié)能降耗的現(xiàn)狀分析和評價(jià)分析,總結(jié)歸納了哈爾濱鐵路局在節(jié)能降耗中存在的問題,并結(jié)合現(xiàn)實(shí)情況,提出了加強(qiáng)節(jié)能降耗工作的切實(shí)可行的對策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of market economy in our country, the railway transportation industry rises rapidly, which makes great contribution to the development of domestic passenger transport and freight transportation. As a large railway system in China, Harbin Railway Bureau has the second largest energy consumption, so it is very important to utilize energy efficiently and reasonably. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the energy saving and consumption reduction of railway transportation industry. In this paper, the energy saving and consumption reduction work of Harbin Railway Administration is studied as follows: 1. By using more scientific and perfect means, this paper investigates the current energy consumption and energy saving transformation of Harbin Railway Administration, and obtains the statistical information of energy consumption and energy saving of Harbin Railway Administration in the past three years. 2. This paper analyzes the present situation of energy consumption and energy saving of Harbin Railway Bureau through statistics and collation of investigation data, which shows that the total energy consumption is large, the workload of unit energy consumption is low, the energy saving technology is not completely popularized and so on. The energy consumption is modeled and analyzed by multivariate linear regression analysis, the future energy consumption is predicted by the mathematical model, and the efficiency of energy conservation and transformation is evaluated by data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). It was found that the investment of coal saving measures in 2009 and electricity investment in 2008 did not play a full role, which provided a reference for the distribution of energy saving funds in the future of Harbin Railway Administration. Based on the analysis and evaluation of the present situation of energy saving and consumption reduction in Harbin Railway Administration, the problems existing in energy saving and consumption reduction in Harbin Railway Administration are summarized, and the practical countermeasures to strengthen the energy saving and consumption reduction work are put forward in combination with the actual situation.
