【摘要】：2004年1月通過的《中長期鐵路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃》中劃定截止2020年中國鐵路營業(yè)里程達到10萬公里。建成涵蓋“四縱”、“四橫”三個城際客運系統(tǒng),客車速度目標值200km/h及以上的高鐵路網(wǎng)圖。高速鐵路快速發(fā)展,憑借快速、方便、舒適、高效等特性,受到越來越多的旅客的青睞。由于旅客出行行為模式的不同,造成客流時間、空間上的分布區(qū)別,按照市場定價的正常模式,由于需求的差異,所以高鐵運輸產(chǎn)品的定價應(yīng)該跟隨市場需求呈現(xiàn)變化。但是由于鐵路長期實行政府指導價,所以鐵路票價基本恒定,傳統(tǒng)的定價策略不能滿足高速鐵路的快速發(fā)展,和人民日益增長的鐵路出行需求。2016年1月1日,國家放松了對于高速鐵路定價的管制,鐵路運輸企業(yè)對高鐵客運產(chǎn)品可以實行自主定價。本文以成都鐵路局作為研究對象,通過對定價相關(guān)理論和策略的理論綜述,結(jié)合對鐵路現(xiàn)行定價方法策略的理論描述,形成論文理論指導。再通過對研究對象實際客運運輸市場和定價影響因素的深入研究,和對數(shù)據(jù)的收集整理,歸納出成都鐵路局的定價存在的問題。利用交通運輸方式選擇的常用方法,廣義費用函數(shù)和logit模型,制定定價數(shù)學模型,并通過貴廣客運專線進行實例分析,研究定價策略的可行性,在目標模型可行的基礎(chǔ)上,制定成都鐵路局的定價實施策略,保障定價策略的順利執(zhí)行。
[Abstract]:In the medium and long term Railway Network Plan adopted in January 2004, China's railway operating mileage reached 100000 km by 2020. A high railway network with four columns, four horizontal and three intercity passenger transport systems, and a passenger train speed target value of 200km/h and above is built. With the rapid development of high-speed railway, it is favored by more and more passengers by virtue of its characteristics such as speed, convenience, comfort and efficiency. Due to the difference of passenger travel behavior mode, the distribution of passenger flow time and space is different. According to the normal model of market pricing, because of the difference of demand, the pricing of high-speed rail transport products should change with the market demand. However, due to the long-term implementation of government-guided pricing for railways, railway fares are basically constant, and the traditional pricing strategy cannot meet the rapid development of high-speed railways and the increasing demand for railway travel by the people. On January 1, 2016, The state has loosened controls on high-speed rail pricing, which can be priced independently by rail transport companies. This paper takes Chengdu Railway Bureau as the research object, through the theoretical summary of pricing related theories and strategies, combined with the theoretical description of the current pricing methods and strategies of the railway, forms the theoretical guidance of the paper. Then through the in-depth study of the actual passenger transport market and pricing factors, and the data collection and collation, this paper summarizes the pricing problems of Chengdu Railway Administration. By using the common methods of transportation mode selection, generalized cost function and logit model, the pricing mathematical model is established, and the feasibility of the pricing strategy is studied through an example analysis of Gui-Guangzhou passenger dedicated Line. On the basis of the feasibility of the objective model, the feasibility of the pricing strategy is studied. Formulate the pricing implementation strategy of Chengdu Railway Administration, ensure the smooth implementation of pricing strategy.
