【摘要】：現(xiàn)代郵輪業(yè)起源于北美,是20世紀60年代后期出生的,已經(jīng)發(fā)展成一個集交通、娛樂、購物、住宿、餐飲、健身于一體,被稱為“浮動的度假村”的綜合性旅游產(chǎn)品。隨著美國和歐洲市場的飽和,各大郵輪公司開始爭奪亞洲市場,據(jù)權威機構預測,到2020年,中國將成為世界上最大的郵輪目的地。中國大陸港口中,已經(jīng)開始建設或已經(jīng)提出建設郵輪母港的城市有很多,因為當一個港口城市的定位是被作為郵輪�？康泥]輪母港時,對該地區(qū)的郵輪經(jīng)濟發(fā)展將會有較大的影響。因此,大力發(fā)展郵輪經(jīng)濟、建成成為郵輪母港對大連的發(fā)展具有很大的社會經(jīng)濟意義。 當今世界,郵輪產(chǎn)業(yè)以其自身強勁的消費拉動和對旅游相關產(chǎn)業(yè)的巨大帶動,形成一種前景誘人的、多產(chǎn)業(yè)齊頭并進的郵輪經(jīng)濟。伴隨著我國市場經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,世界航運結(jié)構變化,以及港口功能概念不斷的更新,對于郵輪母港競爭力的研究已經(jīng)成為了必然的要求,由于其不僅關系到郵輪母港本身的生存和發(fā)展,在一定程度上也關系著我國的國計民生,因此,在對如何準確合理科學的評價郵輪母港的競爭力這一問題上具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文通過對大連目前郵輪母港的現(xiàn)狀以及郵輪旅游發(fā)展的市場潛力的分析,結(jié)合對其國內(nèi)主要競爭對手天津和青島的現(xiàn)狀分析,建立了一個更加合理的、科學的、可行的評價指標體系,并運用基于云模型的綜合評價方法來評價郵輪母港的競爭力,找到其在競爭過程中存在的優(yōu)勢及劣勢,以使大連郵輪母港未來的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略定位在客觀的評估之上,能夠充分發(fā)揮其在競爭中的優(yōu)勢因素,并為其的發(fā)展提供策略導向。
[Abstract]:The modern cruise industry originated in North America and was born in the late 1960s. It has developed into a comprehensive tourism product which integrates transportation, entertainment, shopping, accommodation, catering and fitness, and is called "floating Resort". With the saturation of the U.S. and European markets, major cruise companies are scrambling for the Asian market, with China becoming the world's largest cruise destination by 2020, according to authorities. In Chinese mainland ports, there are many cities that have begun to build or have proposed to build cruise home ports, because when a port city is designated as a cruise home port, It will have a great influence on the development of cruise economy in this area. Therefore, it is of great social and economic significance for Dalian to develop cruise economy and build a cruise port. In today's world, the cruise industry, with its own strong consumption pull and the huge impetus to the tourism-related industry, has formed a kind of cruise economy with attractive prospect and multi-industry development at the same time. With the development of China's market economy, the change of world shipping structure and the constant renewal of the concept of port function, the research on the competitiveness of cruise ship home port has become an inevitable requirement. Because it is not only related to the survival and development of the cruise port itself, but also to a certain extent related to the national economy and the people's livelihood of our country, It has important practical significance on how to evaluate the competitiveness of cruise home port accurately, reasonably and scientifically. Based on the analysis of the present situation of Dalian's cruise home port and the market potential of cruise tourism development, combined with the analysis of the current situation of its main domestic competitors Tianjin and Qingdao, this paper establishes a more reasonable and scientific one. The feasible evaluation index system and the comprehensive evaluation method based on cloud model are used to evaluate the competitiveness of the cruise ship home port, and find out its advantages and disadvantages in the process of competition. In order to make the future development strategy of Dalian Cruise Port based on objective evaluation, it can give full play to its advantages in the competition and provide strategic guidance for its development.
