城市定制公交定價(jià)分析

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,城市化進(jìn)程不斷加快,城市機(jī)動(dòng)車保有量不斷攀升,交通擁堵和環(huán)境污染問(wèn)題日趨嚴(yán)重,成為了制約城市發(fā)展的"城市病"。政府為治理交通擁堵問(wèn)題提出了公交優(yōu)先策略,伴隨著人們出行方式的日趨多樣化,定制公交順勢(shì)而出,成為了多元化公交系統(tǒng)的一部分。"一人一座、一站直達(dá)、便捷舒適"的定制公交的出現(xiàn),引起了社會(huì)的廣泛關(guān)注。在這樣的背景下,迫切需要一個(gè)科學(xué)合理的票價(jià)保證定制公交的持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,并且現(xiàn)階段各地定制公交票價(jià)都是統(tǒng)一票制,現(xiàn)有的票價(jià)制度使上座率沒(méi)有得到保證。基于此,本文通過(guò)構(gòu)建分時(shí)定價(jià)雙層規(guī)劃模型對(duì)原票價(jià)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化分析。本文首先總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外定制公交的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及公共交通的定價(jià)現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)概括定制公交的內(nèi)涵、屬性、特點(diǎn),明確了定制公交的定位,總結(jié)了定制公交與其他公共交通方式的區(qū)別以及各自的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),通過(guò)對(duì)定制公交開(kāi)行現(xiàn)狀的總結(jié),分析了定制公交現(xiàn)階段存在的不足。在分析總結(jié)幾個(gè)基本定價(jià)方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)后,結(jié)合定制公交定價(jià)的影響因素,選擇分時(shí)段定價(jià),引入了分時(shí)定價(jià)雙層規(guī)劃模型,通過(guò)平衡企業(yè)收益和乘客出行成本,制定一個(gè)全局最優(yōu)的定價(jià)模型,并給出了求解算法。最后將定價(jià)方法應(yīng)用到成都定制公交D006號(hào)線進(jìn)行算例分析,得到分時(shí)定價(jià)后的票價(jià)和客流量,對(duì)比公交公司提供的現(xiàn)階段收益和客流量水平,得出了分時(shí)定價(jià)既提前鎖定了客流、提高了定制公交的實(shí)載率,又能使企業(yè)客票收益提高的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the process of urbanization is speeding up, the number of urban motor vehicles is increasing, and the problems of traffic congestion and environmental pollution are becoming more and more serious, which has become the "urban disease" that restricts the development of the city. The government has put forward the bus priority strategy to deal with the traffic jams. With the increasing diversification of people's travel modes, customized public transport has become a part of the diversified public transport system. " The emergence of one-person, one-stop, convenient and comfortable public transport has aroused widespread concern of the society. Under this background, there is an urgent need for a scientific and reasonable fare to ensure the sustained and stable development of customized public transport, and at the present stage, the customized bus fare is a unified ticket system, and the existing fare system does not guarantee the attendance rate. Based on this, this paper constructs a time-sharing pricing bilevel programming model to optimize the original ticket price. This paper first summarizes the development of custom-built public transport and the pricing status of public transport at home and abroad, by summarizing the connotation, attributes and characteristics of custom-made public transport, the positioning of custom-made public transport is clarified. This paper summarizes the differences between custom public transport and other modes of public transportation, and their respective advantages and disadvantages. Through the summary of the current situation of customized public transportation, the shortcomings of customized public transport at present are analyzed. After analyzing and summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of several basic pricing methods, combined with the influencing factors of customized bus pricing, the time-sharing pricing model is introduced to balance the enterprise income and passenger travel cost. A global optimal pricing model is developed and a solution algorithm is given. Finally, the pricing method is applied to Chengdu custom bus line D006 for example analysis, and the time-sharing pricing ticket price and passenger flow are obtained, and the current income and passenger flow level provided by the bus company are compared. The conclusion that time-sharing pricing can not only lock in passenger flow ahead of time, improve the real load rate of custom-made public transport, but also increase the income of enterprise passenger ticket.
