【摘要】：隨著北部灣經(jīng)濟區(qū)以及東興國家重點開放開發(fā)試驗區(qū)上升為國家戰(zhàn)略,防城港市作為這一地區(qū)最具發(fā)展優(yōu)勢的港口城市之一,正面臨著前所未有的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。防城港市東灣物流加工園區(qū)是防城港市政府近年來主要推進開發(fā)建設的物流園區(qū),其規(guī)劃建設的成效直接影響防城港市未來港口物流甚至全市物流業(yè)的發(fā)展。該園區(qū)目前已有大小入園項目36個,開發(fā)建設工作正在政府部門的大力支持下有序推進。然而,由于規(guī)劃滯后,歷史原因以及物流人才匱乏等原因該園區(qū)從開始建設至今出現(xiàn)了各種問題和困難,為理清這其中的根源,進一步解決和改善該園區(qū)發(fā)展中所遭遇的困難。本文通過對大量關于園區(qū)規(guī)劃建設的文獻的閱讀和研究,直接到防城港市實地考察、研究東灣物流加工園區(qū)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、具體存在的問題,試圖通過研究找出適合東灣物流加工園區(qū)未來發(fā)展的出路和對策。 本文在第一和第二部分中介紹了東灣物流加工園區(qū)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并借用SWOT分析法對該園區(qū)的發(fā)展機遇、優(yōu)勢和存在的問題及未來的挑戰(zhàn)進行了分析。第三部分是基于港口—腹地物流理論和供應鏈一體化理論,分析闡述了園區(qū)發(fā)展對防城港當?shù)亟?jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展產(chǎn)生的作用及影響。第四部分系基于第二和第三部分分析結果而提出的園區(qū)發(fā)展總體思路。第五部分提出了該園區(qū)今后發(fā)展的具體建議和措施,不僅對該園區(qū)的進一步開發(fā)建設提供了一定的理論依據(jù),也對防城港市其他亟待開發(fā)的物流園區(qū)的發(fā)展具有理論和實踐方面的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone and Dongxing National key Open Development Test area, Fangchenggang City, as one of the most advantageous port cities in this area, is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. The Dongwan Logistics processing Park of Fangchenggang City is a logistics park that the government of Fangchenggang City mainly develops and builds in recent years. The effect of its planning and construction directly affects the future port logistics of Fangchenggang City and even the development of logistics industry in the whole city. At present, the park has 36 large and small projects, and the development and construction work is being carried out in an orderly manner with the support of government departments. However, due to the lagged planning, historical reasons and lack of logistics personnel, the park has appeared a variety of problems and difficulties since the beginning of construction, in order to clear up the root causes, further solve and improve the difficulties encountered in the development of the park. Through reading and studying a large number of documents on park planning and construction, this paper directly visits Fangchenggang City to study the development status and specific problems of Dongwan Logistics processing Park. This paper tries to find out the outlet and countermeasures of Dongwan Logistics processing Park through research. In the first and second parts, this paper introduces the development status of Dongwan Logistics processing Park, and analyzes the development opportunities, advantages, existing problems and future challenges of the park by using SWOT analysis method. The third part is based on the theory of port-hinterland logistics and supply chain integration, analyzes the impact of park development on the local economic and social development of Fangchenggang. The fourth part is based on the analysis of the second and third parts of the overall idea of park development. The fifth part puts forward the concrete suggestions and measures for the future development of the park, which not only provides a certain theoretical basis for the further development and construction of the park. It also has theoretical and practical significance for the development of other logistics parks in Fangchenggang.
