【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)下，港口在各國(guó)的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中起著越來(lái)越重要的作用。本文通過(guò)分析總結(jié)前人對(duì)物流、港口物流和港口物流系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)理論研究，對(duì)曹妃甸港口的具體物流運(yùn)營(yíng)情況進(jìn)行了分析，從不同的角度對(duì)曹妃甸港口物流的運(yùn)營(yíng)優(yōu)化提出了相應(yīng)對(duì)策，以對(duì)曹妃甸港口的發(fā)展起到一些借鑒作用。 港口，作為全球綜合運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)的樞紐，要滿足顧客不斷增長(zhǎng)的服務(wù)需求，要在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的市場(chǎng)中立足，就必須不斷拓寬其服務(wù)職能，提高服務(wù)效率，向提供全方位增值服務(wù)發(fā)展。目前，國(guó)內(nèi)許多港口也已意識(shí)到發(fā)展港口物流的重要性，逐漸加快了對(duì)港口物流的規(guī)劃和建設(shè)工作。而曹妃甸港口具有地理位置優(yōu)越、資源豐富、腹地廣闊的優(yōu)勢(shì)，隨著港口的正式投入運(yùn)營(yíng)和港口功能的不斷完善，從長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)來(lái)看，整個(gè)環(huán)渤海地區(qū)以及西北地區(qū)、東北地區(qū)都會(huì)成為曹妃甸港口的腹地。因此，利用港口及腹地的優(yōu)勢(shì)，發(fā)展曹妃甸港口物流不僅是可行的，而且對(duì)打開唐山市乃至整個(gè)環(huán)渤海地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展具有十分重要的意義。但是，曹妃甸港口的建設(shè)起步較晚，又面臨著激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，港口物流系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展仍處于起步階段，系統(tǒng)安排是否合理，如何配置資源才能實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的最優(yōu)，這些都是亟待解決的問(wèn)題。本文采用了文獻(xiàn)法、實(shí)地調(diào)研法和綜合分析法，在國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)港口物流的研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，分析了曹妃甸港口物流運(yùn)營(yíng)狀況及存在問(wèn)題，并提出了曹妃甸港口物流運(yùn)營(yíng)流程和管理優(yōu)化對(duì)策。文章以曹妃甸港口物流系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象，以提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)整體效益為目標(biāo)，分析曹妃甸港口物流系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境，對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化研究，以求能夠在科學(xué)分析和優(yōu)化的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)一步提高曹妃甸港口物流系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)作效率和效益，對(duì)曹妃甸港口物流系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)與優(yōu)化有著重要的借鑒和參考價(jià)值，也能夠?yàn)楦劭谖锪飨到y(tǒng)優(yōu)化研究提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, ports play a more and more important role in the social and economic development of various countries. By analyzing and summarizing the previous theories of logistics, port logistics and port logistics system, this paper analyzes the specific logistics operation of Caofeidian port. This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the optimization of the logistics operation of Caofeidian port from different angles, so as to play a reference role in the development of Caofeidian port. The port, as the hub of the global integrated transportation network, in order to meet the increasing service demand of customers and to establish a foothold in the increasingly competitive market, it is necessary to continuously broaden its service function and improve its service efficiency. To provide a full range of value-added services development. At present, many domestic ports have also realized the importance of developing port logistics, and gradually accelerated the planning and construction of port logistics. The Caofeidian port has the advantages of superior geographical location, abundant resources and vast hinterland. With the formal operation of the port and the continuous improvement of the port function, in the long run, the whole Bohai Rim region and the northwest region, Northeast China will become the hinterland of Caofeidian port. Therefore, it is not only feasible to use the advantages of port and hinterland to develop the port logistics of Caofeidian, but also of great significance to the economic development of Tangshan City and the whole Bohai region. However, the construction of Caofeidian port started late and faced with fierce competition. The development of port logistics system is still in its infancy. Whether the system arrangement is reasonable or not, how to allocate the resources to achieve the optimal system, These are all problems to be solved. Based on the research status of port logistics at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of port logistics in Caofeidian by using literature method, field investigation method and comprehensive analysis method. And put forward the Caofeidian port logistics operation process and management optimization countermeasures. Taking Caofeidian port logistics system as the research object and improving the overall benefit of the network system, this paper analyzes the development situation and strategic environment of the Caofeidian port logistics system, and studies the optimization of the system. In order to further improve the efficiency and benefit of the port logistics system in Caofeidian on the basis of scientific analysis and optimization, it has important reference value for the construction and optimization of the port logistics system in Caofeidian. It can also provide new ideas for the optimization of port logistics system.
