基于CIS理論的H公司企業(yè)文化優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:企業(yè)形象識(shí)別體系(簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)CIS)是企業(yè)著眼于對(duì)外界樹(shù)立一個(gè)優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)形象,有目的、有規(guī)劃的向社會(huì)大眾展現(xiàn)和宣揚(yáng)企業(yè)自身的各種特征,從而使得社會(huì)公眾對(duì)該企業(yè)有一個(gè)直觀而標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的印象和認(rèn)識(shí)的一種有效戰(zhàn)略。國(guó)外大型企業(yè)在上個(gè)世紀(jì)中葉已經(jīng)開(kāi)始關(guān)注CIS系統(tǒng)并取得了巨大的成功,我國(guó)在這一領(lǐng)域起步較晚,直到上個(gè)世紀(jì)末本世紀(jì)初才有部分企業(yè)開(kāi)始導(dǎo)入CIS系統(tǒng)?梢钥吹紺IS系統(tǒng)確實(shí)提高了國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)的企業(yè)文化水平,但是由于發(fā)展時(shí)間較短,目前CIS系統(tǒng)在國(guó)內(nèi)的應(yīng)用仍然存在諸多的問(wèn)題,需要進(jìn)一步的研究和解決。CIS系統(tǒng)是塑造企業(yè)良好形象,提升企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的有力工具和方法,通常來(lái)講CIS系統(tǒng)由三部分組成,分別是企業(yè)理念識(shí)別、企業(yè)行為識(shí)別和企業(yè)視覺(jué)識(shí)別。本文將H公司作為研究對(duì)象,首先分析了H公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的特點(diǎn)和目前存在的不足,接著具體介紹了CIS系統(tǒng)的理論基礎(chǔ),并以此為切入點(diǎn)闡述了H公司基于CIS系統(tǒng)的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)優(yōu)化方案,最后提出了針對(duì)該優(yōu)化方案的實(shí)施保障措施,實(shí)現(xiàn)了理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,對(duì)幫助H公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)更好發(fā)展具有現(xiàn)實(shí)的意義。文章最后還對(duì)本研究進(jìn)行了概括總結(jié),指出了一些不足,并提出了對(duì)今后的展望。
[Abstract]:Corporate identity system (CIS) is an enterprise focusing on the outside world to establish an excellent corporate image, purposeful, planned to the public to show and publicize the characteristics of the enterprise itself. So that the public has an intuitive and standard impression and understanding of the enterprise an effective strategy. In the middle of the last century, foreign large enterprises began to pay close attention to CIS system and achieved great success. China started late in this field, until the end of the last century and the beginning of this century, some enterprises began to introduce CIS system. It can be seen that CIS system has really improved the enterprise culture level of domestic enterprises, but because of the short development time, there are still many problems in the application of CIS system in China. Need further research and solution. CIS system is a powerful tool and method to create a good image of enterprises and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Generally speaking, CIS system is composed of three parts, which are enterprise concept identification. Identification of enterprise behavior and vision. In this paper, H Company is regarded as the research object. Firstly, the characteristics of H Company's corporate culture construction and its shortcomings are analyzed, and then the theoretical basis of CIS system is introduced in detail. From this point of view, this paper expounds the enterprise culture construction optimization scheme of H Company based on CIS system, and finally puts forward the implementation safeguard measures for the optimization scheme, which realizes the combination of theory and practice. To help H company enterprise culture construction better development has the realistic significance. Finally, the paper summarizes the research, points out some shortcomings, and puts forward some prospects for the future.
