【摘要】:西江黃金水道的開發(fā)和建設(shè)給廣西西江內(nèi)河航運企業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來了良好的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,如何有效把握機(jī)遇并實現(xiàn)自身的發(fā)展成為企業(yè)重要的課題。在決定企業(yè)發(fā)展方面,企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略成為重要的考慮方面,因為發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略關(guān)系企業(yè)未來一段時期的發(fā)展全局,清晰正確的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略將指導(dǎo)企業(yè)實現(xiàn)又好又快的發(fā)展。 作為內(nèi)河航運企業(yè),自身生存和發(fā)展受外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部條件雙重制約,機(jī)遇和困難并存。如何結(jié)合企業(yè)內(nèi)外部兩方面因素制定發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略并有效施行,對企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展意義重大。本論文介紹了國內(nèi)外企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的發(fā)展情況,引用國內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論和工具包括PEST分析法、波特的五種力量模型、外部因素評價(EFE)矩陣、內(nèi)部因素評價(IFE)矩陣、SWOT分析方法等幫助研究對象制定企業(yè)總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和競爭戰(zhàn)略,并闡明如何采取有針對性的措施保障戰(zhàn)略實施以確保戰(zhàn)略落實進(jìn)而取得實質(zhì)成效。 本論文以廣西潤桂船運有限責(zé)任公司為例,期望通過以其為代表的內(nèi)河航運企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究,給行業(yè)其他企業(yè)帶來有益的借鑒和幫助,從而整體提升行業(yè)企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理水平,進(jìn)而有助于廣西內(nèi)河航運企業(yè)把握西江億噸黃金水道開發(fā)和開放的良好歷史機(jī)遇,在實現(xiàn)自身發(fā)展的同時,推動廣西西江黃金水道開發(fā)開放上升到新水平,促進(jìn)水運交通事業(yè)以及沿江經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The development and construction of Xijiang golden waterway has brought good development opportunity to the development of Guangxi Xijiang inland waterway shipping enterprise. How to grasp the opportunity effectively and realize its own development has become an important subject for the enterprise. In determining the development of the enterprise, the development strategy of the enterprise becomes an important consideration, because the development strategy relates to the overall situation of the development of the enterprise in the future period, and a clear and correct development strategy will guide the enterprise to achieve a good and fast development. As a inland waterway shipping enterprise, its existence and development are restricted by external environment and internal conditions, opportunities and difficulties coexist. How to combine the internal and external factors to formulate the development strategy and implement it effectively is of great significance to the survival and development of enterprises. This paper introduces the development of strategic management of enterprises at home and abroad. Relevant theories and tools including pest analysis, Porter's five force models, external factor evaluation (EFE) matrix are cited. The internal factor evaluation (IFE) matrix SWOT analysis method helps the research object to formulate the overall development strategy and the competition strategy of the enterprise, and expounds how to take targeted measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy and achieve substantial results. This paper takes Guangxi Rungui Shipping Co., Ltd as an example, hoping that through the research of the development strategy of inland water shipping enterprises represented by the company, it will bring beneficial reference and help to other enterprises in the industry. So as a whole to improve the management level of the industry enterprises, and then help Guangxi inland water shipping enterprises grasp the good historical opportunity of the development and opening of Xijiang 100 million tons golden waterway, and realize their own development at the same time, To promote the development and opening of Xijiang Golden Waterway in Guangxi to a new level, to promote the development of waterway transportation and economy along the Yangtze River.
