【摘要】：隨著"西部大開發(fā)"、"民航優(yōu)先發(fā)展"、"大旅游"等國家、民航業(yè)及貴州省發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的不斷深化推進(jìn),貴州機(jī)場群與民族地區(qū)得到了快速發(fā)展。選取貴州民族地區(qū)范疇的黔東南州、黔南州和黔西南州3個(gè)少數(shù)民族自治州及11個(gè)少數(shù)民族自治縣為樣本,運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度理論實(shí)證研究貴州機(jī)場群對民族地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響,通過分析得知機(jī)場群旅客吞吐量與民族地區(qū)的財(cái)政總收入的關(guān)聯(lián)程度最高,與旅游總收入的關(guān)聯(lián)程度次之,與城鎮(zhèn)常住居民人均可支配收入、進(jìn)出口總額、旅游總?cè)藬?shù)、國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值和農(nóng)村常住居民人均可支配收入關(guān)聯(lián)程度都很高。由分析結(jié)果判斷得出機(jī)場群與貴州民族地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展存在協(xié)同發(fā)展的關(guān)系,進(jìn)而提出諸如統(tǒng)籌機(jī)場規(guī)劃建設(shè)、統(tǒng)一航班航線開發(fā)、加強(qiáng)航空口岸建設(shè)和加快臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展等更好地促進(jìn)貴州機(jī)場群與民族地區(qū)協(xié)同發(fā)展的對策。
[Abstract]:With the development of the western development, civil aviation industry and Guizhou province, the development strategy of Guizhou Airport Group and ethnic areas has been developed rapidly in the countries such as "Development of West China", "Civil Aviation priority Development", "Great Tourism" and so on. Three ethnic minority autonomous prefectures and 11 ethnic minority autonomous counties in Guizhou ethnic minority regions were selected as samples, including Qiandonan prefecture, Qiannan prefecture and Qianxinan prefecture. This paper empirically studies the influence of Guizhou Airport Group on the economic development of ethnic areas by using the grey correlation degree theory, and finds out that the correlation degree between the passenger throughput of airport groups and the total financial revenue of ethnic areas is the highest. The degree of correlation with the total tourism income, the per capita disposable income of urban resident residents, the total amount of imports and exports, the total number of tourism, the gross domestic product (GDP) and the per capita disposable income of rural residents are all very high. Judging from the results of the analysis, it is concluded that there is a synergistic development relationship between the airport group and the economic development of Guizhou ethnic areas, and then it is proposed that, for example, the planning and construction of the airport, the development of unified flight routes, Strengthening the construction of aviation ports and speeding up the development of air-front economy, etc., to better promote the coordinated development of Guizhou Airport Group and ethnic areas.
