【摘要】：知識已成為經(jīng)濟增長、社會發(fā)展和企業(yè)成長的關(guān)鍵性資源,知識管理己然成為組織和企業(yè)層面關(guān)注的重點。隨著高速鐵路項目大規(guī)模地開始建設,高速鐵路的設計高標準、質(zhì)量高要求、技術(shù)復雜性對建設項目管理水平提出了很大的挑戰(zhàn)。要提高高速鐵路項目建設管理能力及克服工程技術(shù)難點,就必須對高速鐵路項目進行良好有效的知識管理,找出影響項目團隊知識轉(zhuǎn)移效果的因素。 但是目前基于項目層面知識管理的研究還很少,大部分關(guān)于知識管理的研究都集中在定性及實證的方法。本文通過閱讀、總結(jié)前人對知識管理及項目管理的文獻,結(jié)合現(xiàn)行高速鐵路建設管理過程中的標準化過程的實施,分析了高速鐵路建設項目團隊內(nèi)外部的知識轉(zhuǎn)移環(huán)境；并從微觀上建立了項目團隊內(nèi)部隱性知識和項目團隊間隱性知識轉(zhuǎn)移的兩個微分動力學模型,分析了影響其知識轉(zhuǎn)移效果的因素,并在標準化視角下提出相應的策略和建議。 通過對高速鐵路建設項目團隊知識轉(zhuǎn)移環(huán)境的分析以及基于微分動力學的模型研究,我們可以得出建立良好的知識轉(zhuǎn)移機制,促進內(nèi)部員工有效地接觸,減少項目團隊人員流動及知識遺忘,可以促進高速鐵路建設項目團隊的內(nèi)部及外部的知識轉(zhuǎn)移,從而更好地推動高速鐵路的建設,具有一定的理論和實際意義。
[Abstract]:Knowledge has become a key resource for economic growth, social development and enterprise growth. Knowledge management has become the focus of attention at the organizational and enterprise levels. With the large-scale construction of high-speed railway projects, the high design standards, high quality requirements and technical complexity of high-speed railway have posed a great challenge to the level of construction project management. In order to improve the construction and management ability of high-speed railway projects and overcome the engineering technical difficulties, it is necessary to carry out good and effective knowledge management of high-speed railway projects and find out the factors that affect the effect of knowledge transfer of project teams. However, there are few researches on project-based knowledge management, most of which focus on qualitative and empirical methods. Through reading, summarizing the previous literatures on knowledge management and project management, and combining with the implementation of standardization process in the current high-speed railway construction management process, this paper analyzes the knowledge transfer environment inside and outside the high-speed railway construction project team. Two differential dynamics models of tacit knowledge transfer between project team and project team are established from the micro perspective. The factors influencing the effect of tacit knowledge transfer are analyzed and the corresponding strategies and suggestions are put forward in the view of standardization. Through the analysis of the knowledge transfer environment of the high-speed railway construction project team and the research of the model based on differential dynamics, we can establish a good knowledge transfer mechanism to promote the effective contact of the internal staff. It is of theoretical and practical significance to reduce the staff flow and knowledge forgetting of the project team, which can promote the transfer of knowledge inside and outside of the high-speed railway construction project team, and thus promote the construction of high-speed railway better.
