【摘要】：D港是建設(shè)東北亞國際航運(yùn)中心的核心港口,構(gòu)建全程物流服務(wù)體系是新時(shí)期D港口集團(tuán)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。作為港口集團(tuán)在信息化方面的投資公司,D公司亟需建設(shè)一個(gè)支持全程物流服務(wù)的信息平臺(tái),一方面輔助股東方進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)的拓展,另一方面憑借物流電子商務(wù)服務(wù)平臺(tái)的區(qū)域覆蓋規(guī)模、業(yè)務(wù)模式及品牌領(lǐng)先優(yōu)勢(shì),完善物流電子商務(wù)服務(wù)體系,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的二次創(chuàng)業(yè)。 本文從D口岸的全程物流業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),結(jié)合D公司的實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)和其運(yùn)營的主要信息系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀,識(shí)別當(dāng)前業(yè)務(wù)流程中存在的突出問題,分析全程物流信息服務(wù)平臺(tái)的總體需求。然后,主要應(yīng)用業(yè)務(wù)流程重組和企業(yè)系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃(BSP)的理論,提出平臺(tái)規(guī)劃的目標(biāo)和原則,并對(duì)當(dāng)前的口岸全程物流業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行了重組。通過重組后的流程可以使全程物流業(yè)務(wù)中的各物流服務(wù)商共享信息、協(xié)同作業(yè)。再次,本文采用U/C矩陣的方法規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)了適合D公司運(yùn)營的全程物流信息服務(wù)平臺(tái),并對(duì)各子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì),使平臺(tái)支持客戶對(duì)全程物流業(yè)務(wù)的一單委托、全程監(jiān)控。最后,本文做了平臺(tái)實(shí)施方面的規(guī)劃研究,主要是實(shí)施步驟、保障及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與對(duì)策幾個(gè)方面,以保障平臺(tái)的順利實(shí)施。 本文為D公司全程物流信息服務(wù)平臺(tái)的具體實(shí)施建設(shè)提供理論基礎(chǔ),并對(duì)其他口岸相關(guān)物流平臺(tái)的建設(shè)具備一定的借鑒意義。借助本平臺(tái)的運(yùn)營能夠完成D公司向第四方物流服務(wù)商的轉(zhuǎn)型,并且本平臺(tái)將為D港在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境中立于不敗之地提供有力支持。
[Abstract]:D port is the core port of building the international shipping center of Northeast Asia. The construction of the whole logistics service system is the strategic target of the D port group in the new period. As the investment company of the port group in the information field, D company needs to build an information platform supporting the whole course Logistics service. On the one hand, the other side helps the east to expand the business and the other side. With the regional coverage of the logistics e-commerce service platform, the business model and the brand leading advantage, the logistics e-commerce service system is perfected to realize the enterprise's two business.
Based on the present situation of the whole logistics service at D port, this paper identifies the outstanding problems in the current business process and analyzes the overall needs of the whole logistics information service platform, combining with the actual business of D company and the status of the main information system in its operation. Then, the main application of the theory of business process reengineering and enterprise system planning (BSP) is put forward. The objectives and principles of the platform planning and the current logistics business process are reorganized. Through the reorganized process, the logistics service providers in the whole logistics service can share information and cooperate with each other. Again, this paper uses the method of U/C matrix to design and design the whole logistics information service platform suitable for the operation of D company. And the subsystems are planned and designed to enable the platform to support a single client to the whole logistics business and monitor the whole process. Finally, this paper has done the planning and Research on the implementation of the platform, mainly the implementation steps, security and risk and Countermeasures to ensure the implementation of the CIS profit of the platform.
This paper provides a theoretical basis for the concrete implementation and construction of the whole logistics information service platform for D company, and has certain reference significance for the construction of other port related logistics platforms. The operation of this platform can complete the transformation of D company to the fourth party logistics service provider, and this platform will be an increasingly competitive market ring in D port. Provide strong support in an invincible position in the environment.
