【摘要】：二十世紀八十年代興起的企業(yè)文化理論,完整的提出了與科學管理不同的管理思路和方法,即用文化治理企業(yè),并日益成為世界管理的大趨勢。由科學管理過渡到文化管理是生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展的必然結果,是管理實踐發(fā)展的必然要求。優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)文化有助于企業(yè)實現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略目標,同時也是企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的重要內(nèi)容之一。中國鐵路總公司在由原鐵道部改制企業(yè)后面臨著職能改變和市場化壓力,所以急需擺脫原有上行下效政式命令改為自下而上創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)式市場化改革,這需要一套與之配套的企業(yè)文化。作為濟南鐵路局子單位,濟西站作為企業(yè)文化建設改革排頭兵,為鐵路企業(yè)體制的改革創(chuàng)新探索道路和提供經(jīng)驗。在導論部分闡述了本次選題的背景、意義,并提出了研究思路、框架和方法。正文中闡述了企業(yè)文化的含義、類型和結構,企業(yè)文化診斷定義及方法,并分析了企業(yè)文化建設的結構。通過對濟西站企業(yè)文化的歷史及現(xiàn)狀的深入分析,并根據(jù)濟西站的組織結構及戰(zhàn)略目標尋找現(xiàn)有文化的優(yōu)缺點。根據(jù)最有效的企業(yè)文化問卷調(diào)查法設計出適合本單位的問卷,并借助于問卷調(diào)查法對企業(yè)文化四個維度及總體分析,量化出現(xiàn)有文化的優(yōu)缺點。根據(jù)企業(yè)文化設計的原則,制定出適合濟西站的企業(yè)文化目標,并通過企業(yè)文化的理念層、制度行為層面及文化符號層面分別闡述。本次企業(yè)文化建設旨在打造幸福西站建設工程,制定企業(yè)文化建設的領導體制、組織支持及物質(zhì)保障并制定文化建設的步驟,全方位的利用現(xiàn)有先進的溝通方式宣傳、發(fā)動、引導群眾支持及參與,并建立建設效果評估體系,及時糾正違反企業(yè)文化的制度及行為。
[Abstract]:The theory of corporate culture, which rose in the eighties of the 20th century, has put forward completely different management ideas and methods from scientific management, that is, managing enterprises with culture, and increasingly becoming the general trend of world management. The transition from scientific management to cultural management is the inevitable result of the development of productive forces and the inevitable requirement of the development of management practice. Excellent corporate culture contributes to the realization of strategic goals and is also an important part of corporate strategy. The China Railway Corporation is facing the pressure of function change and marketization after being reformed by the former Ministry of Railways, so it urgently needs to get rid of the original "top-down" political order and switch from "bottom-up" to "innovative and entrepreneurial" market-oriented reform. This requires a matching corporate culture. As a sub-unit of Jinan Railway Bureau, Jixi Railway Station, as the leader of enterprise culture construction reform, explores the way and provides experience for the reform and innovation of railway enterprise system. In the introduction part, the background and significance of this topic are expounded, and the research ideas, framework and methods are put forward. This paper expounds the meaning, type and structure of enterprise culture, the definition and method of enterprise culture diagnosis, and analyzes the structure of enterprise culture construction. Through the deep analysis of the history and present situation of the enterprise culture in Jixi Railway Station, the advantages and disadvantages of the existing culture are found according to the organizational structure and strategic goal of the station. According to the most effective questionnaire survey method of corporate culture, the author designs the questionnaire which is suitable for the company, and by means of the questionnaire method, analyzes the four dimensions and the overall situation of corporate culture, and quantifies the advantages and disadvantages of culture. According to the principles of corporate culture design, this paper formulates the target of enterprise culture suitable for Jixi Railway Station, and expounds it separately through the level of concept, institutional behavior and cultural symbol of enterprise culture. The purpose of this enterprise culture construction is to create a happy west station construction project, to formulate the leading system of enterprise culture construction, to organize support and material support, and to formulate the steps of cultural construction, and to publicize and launch it in all directions using the existing advanced communication methods. Guide the masses to support and participate, and set up the construction effect evaluation system, correct the system and behavior that violate the enterprise culture in time.
