【摘要】：港口是聯(lián)接水陸運(yùn)輸?shù)臉屑~，也是國(guó)際貿(mào)易往來(lái)各類貨物的集散地，在國(guó)際貿(mào)易中占據(jù)著重要位置，，隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)以及國(guó)際貿(mào)易的迅猛發(fā)展，港口間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈加激烈，港口的業(yè)務(wù)能力管理對(duì)港口的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提高具有重要的作用，也是港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的核心環(huán)節(jié)，本文從供應(yīng)鏈角度對(duì)港口的業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行了分析，以Petri網(wǎng)作為建模手段對(duì)流程進(jìn)行分析和優(yōu)化，改善業(yè)務(wù)流程操作中存在的不合理環(huán)節(jié)，提高了港口供應(yīng)鏈的運(yùn)作效率，具有重要的理論研究?jī)r(jià)值和實(shí)踐意義。 首先，本文從國(guó)內(nèi)外的供應(yīng)鏈管理現(xiàn)狀及Petri網(wǎng)用供應(yīng)鏈模型構(gòu)建的研究出發(fā)，介紹了課題研究的背景及意義，對(duì)文章的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了整理和總結(jié)，為下文的模型構(gòu)建和分析奠定了基礎(chǔ)。 其次，對(duì)港口供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下的業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行了剖析。介紹了港口供應(yīng)鏈含義及特點(diǎn)，對(duì)港口供應(yīng)鏈管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析，進(jìn)而對(duì)港口供應(yīng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)模型進(jìn)行構(gòu)建，從供應(yīng)鏈角度分析港口的業(yè)務(wù)流程。 再次，基于上文對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下的業(yè)務(wù)流程分析，介紹如何利用Petri網(wǎng)構(gòu)建業(yè)務(wù)流程模型、如何運(yùn)用Petri網(wǎng)的特性證明模型的正確性、對(duì)模型的時(shí)間性能進(jìn)行分析以及提出了模型的優(yōu)化方法。 接著，針對(duì)秦皇島港的業(yè)務(wù)流程狀況，利用文章提出的方法，對(duì)秦皇島港供應(yīng)鏈業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行了模型構(gòu)建，找出模型中存在的同步及沖突關(guān)系的環(huán)節(jié)，運(yùn)用優(yōu)化規(guī)則對(duì)流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化，提出了優(yōu)化措施，利用模型的時(shí)間性能分析，比較優(yōu)化前后的運(yùn)行時(shí)間，證明優(yōu)化的有效性，從實(shí)證角度闡述了本文的實(shí)踐價(jià)值。 最后，在總結(jié)全文的同時(shí)，也提出了文章中存在的不足及進(jìn)一步的研究方向。
[Abstract]:The port is the hub for the transportation of water and land , and it is an important part of international trade . With the steady growth of our economy and the rapid development of international trade , the competition between ports is becoming more and more intense , and the port ' s business capacity management plays an important role in the competitiveness of the port , and it is also the core link of port competition .

First , based on the research of supply chain management and supply chain model construction at home and abroad , this paper introduces the background and significance of the subject research , summarizes and summarizes the relevant theoretical foundation of the article , and lays a foundation for the model construction and analysis below .

Secondly , the paper analyzes the business process under port supply chain environment , introduces the meaning and characteristics of port supply chain , analyzes the current situation of port supply chain management , and constructs the model of port supply chain structure , and analyzes the business process of port from the angle of supply chain .

Thirdly , based on the analysis of the business process under the supply chain environment , the paper introduces how to construct the business process model with Petri net , how to use Petri net ' s characteristics to prove the correctness of the model , analyze the time performance of the model , and put forward the optimization method of the model .

Then , aiming at the business process condition of Qinhuangdao Port , this paper constructs a model for the supply chain business process of Qinhuangdao Port , finds out the link between the synchronization and the conflict in the model , optimizes the process by using the optimization rule , analyzes the time performance of the model , compares the running time before and after the optimization , and proves the effectiveness of the optimization , and expounds the practical value of this paper from the empirical perspective .

Finally , at the same time , the author also puts forward the deficiency and further research direction in the article .
