【摘要】：在現(xiàn)代運輸體系中,航空運輸業(yè)具有具足輕重的地位,飛機作為支撐這個龐大體系高效運轉最關鍵的因素,經(jīng)過幾十年的發(fā)展,在安全、快捷、便利方面具有其他交通工具無可比擬的優(yōu)勢。隨著中國民航機隊的高速擴張,呈現(xiàn)出機隊規(guī)模擴大化、機型復雜化的趨勢,對民航航材管理的要求也隨之提高,政府和和航空公司對這一領域采用的傳統(tǒng)的管理模式和迅速增長的保障需求之間的矛盾日益凸顯。而大數(shù)據(jù)時代的到來,為解決這一問題提供了新的思路。本文以管理學、社會學和大數(shù)據(jù)科學為理論背景,以公共管理合作治理理論、交易成本理論等為理論基礎,通過實地調研與數(shù)據(jù)測算的形式,對大數(shù)據(jù)時代民航航材管理的問題進行了深入系統(tǒng)的研究。首先,對民航航材管理的重要性進行了分析,提出了用大數(shù)據(jù)的思路來對管理系統(tǒng)進行提升的設想,通過研究國內外對大數(shù)據(jù)和民航航材管理的文獻分析,確定了采用文獻調查、數(shù)量分析等方法對大數(shù)據(jù)和民航航材管理的結合進行研究。其次,總結了中國民航航材管理的現(xiàn)狀,深入剖析了中國民航航材管理存在的資源重復配置、效率損耗、安全性與經(jīng)濟型難以平衡等問題,指出問題根源在于技術屏障帶來的競爭性薄弱、管理理念落伍等。第三,論證了大數(shù)據(jù)解決民航航材管理難題的可行性。大數(shù)據(jù)對龐大信息的處理能力,可以解決民航航材管理面臨的困境,闡明了大數(shù)據(jù)在這個系統(tǒng)所適合發(fā)展的應用方向,論述了大數(shù)據(jù)的引入對這一領域將會產生的積極影響,并在此基礎上,提出了大數(shù)據(jù)進行民航航材管理的管理機制的設想。通過數(shù)據(jù)測算,論證了該設想對民航航材管理在經(jīng)濟、商業(yè)、效率、社會責任等方面所能發(fā)揮的建設性作用。
[Abstract]:In the modern transportation system, the air transport industry has a heavy and heavy status. Aircraft, as the most critical factor to support the efficient operation of this huge system, after decades of development, are safe and fast. Convenience has unparalleled advantages over other means of transportation. With the rapid expansion of the civil aviation fleet in China, the scale of the aircraft fleet has expanded and the aircraft model has become more complicated, and the requirements for the management of civil aviation materials have also been raised. The conflict between the traditional management model adopted by governments and airlines in this area and the rapidly growing demand for security is becoming increasingly apparent. The arrival of big data provides a new way to solve this problem. This paper takes management, sociology and big data science as the theoretical background, based on the theory of cooperative governance of public management, transaction cost theory and so on, through the form of field investigation and data calculation. In this paper, the problem of civil aviation material management in big data era is studied systematically and deeply. First of all, the importance of civil aviation material management is analyzed, and the idea of using big data to improve the management system is put forward. The literature analysis of big data and civil aviation material management at home and abroad is carried out. The combination of big data and civil aviation material management was studied by means of literature survey and quantitative analysis. Secondly, the paper summarizes the current situation of CAAC aviation material management, deeply analyzes the problems such as repeated allocation of resources, loss of efficiency, difficulty in balancing safety and economy, and so on. It is pointed out that the root of the problem lies in the weak competitiveness brought by the technical barrier and the outdated management concept. Thirdly, the feasibility of big data to solve the problem of civil aviation material management is demonstrated. The ability of big data to deal with huge information can solve the dilemma of civil aviation material management, clarify the application direction of big data in this system, and discuss the positive influence that the introduction of big data will have on this field. On this basis, the management mechanism of big data for civil aviation materials management is put forward. Based on the data calculation, the constructive role of this assumption in economy, commerce, efficiency, social responsibility and so on is demonstrated.
