【摘要】：城市群是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的全球化趨勢(shì),綜合交通系統(tǒng)是其基礎(chǔ)條件.在構(gòu)建綜合交通運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)承載力、協(xié)調(diào)性的結(jié)構(gòu)模型后,討論了數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析(DEA)方法建模特點(diǎn)及帶非阿基米德無(wú)窮小參數(shù)DEA模型求解思路.用DEA模型定義了綜合交通系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、潛在需求的承載力,以及系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)效度、發(fā)展效度、綜合效度.考慮各運(yùn)輸方式投入產(chǎn)出機(jī)制的共性與差別,利用DEA方法對(duì)輸入輸出數(shù)據(jù)去量綱處理的特點(diǎn),選取了有別于一般的輸入輸出指標(biāo)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià).以海西城市群為例的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果反映出的變化規(guī)律與實(shí)際情況一致,表明模型構(gòu)建及指標(biāo)選取有效.
[Abstract]:The urban agglomerations are the global trend of regional economic development , and the comprehensive transportation system is the basic condition . After constructing the structure model of the bearing capacity and coordination of the comprehensive transportation system , the paper discusses the characteristics of the data envelope analysis ( DEA ) method and the solution of the DEA model with non - archimedean infinite parameters .
