山東省交通運(yùn)輸集團(tuán)企業(yè)文化構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:山東省交通運(yùn)輸集團(tuán)有限公司(以下簡稱:集團(tuán)公司),隸屬于山東省國資委的大型專業(yè)運(yùn)輸集團(tuán),近年來積極轉(zhuǎn)方式、調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu),大力促進(jìn)客運(yùn)、物流、維修、旅游等產(chǎn)業(yè)快速、健康發(fā)展,著力建設(shè)“大場(chǎng)站、大客運(yùn)、大物流、大旅游”的產(chǎn)業(yè)格局,打造“山東交運(yùn)”品牌,先后被交通運(yùn)輸部確定為重點(diǎn)聯(lián)系企業(yè),被國家發(fā)改委、省經(jīng)信委確定為發(fā)展物流的重點(diǎn)扶持企業(yè),并入選中國交通百強(qiáng)、中國物流百強(qiáng)和中國服務(wù)業(yè)500強(qiáng)。山東交運(yùn)集團(tuán)目前處于轉(zhuǎn)型期間,面臨諸多問題,例如歷史遺留問題、公共服務(wù)問題、企業(yè)特色問題等,諸多問題歸根到底都屬于企業(yè)文化建設(shè)與完善與企業(yè)管理方面的問題。當(dāng)前的公路客運(yùn)產(chǎn)業(yè)存在的種種弊端、劣勢(shì)、各種不適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的因素,是大家有目共睹的。因此,與時(shí)俱進(jìn)、開創(chuàng)獨(dú)特的創(chuàng)新經(jīng)營模式,建設(shè)符合客運(yùn)市場(chǎng)規(guī)律的企業(yè)特色文化,是客運(yùn)產(chǎn)業(yè)在困難環(huán)境的夾縫中求生存的唯一道路。分析了山東交運(yùn)集團(tuán)企業(yè)文化方面存在問題,得出了問題主要集中在價(jià)值層面、行為層面、實(shí)踐層面三個(gè)方面,并提出相應(yīng)措施。通過分析集團(tuán)的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀以及針對(duì)存在的問題,建立相應(yīng)的文化體系,主要得出以下四個(gè)方面的結(jié)論。一是通過對(duì)公司內(nèi)部各板塊人員進(jìn)行企業(yè)文化調(diào)研,并且與集團(tuán)企業(yè)文化從業(yè)者進(jìn)行溝通,普通存在企業(yè)職工建立企業(yè)文化認(rèn)知程度較差,有的員工不理解企業(yè)建設(shè)企業(yè)文化的真正意義等,得出目前公司企業(yè)文化存在的問題。二是分析公司內(nèi)外部文化建設(shè)條件,得出目前公司目前已經(jīng)符合建立完整的企業(yè)文化體系。三是建立企業(yè)文化體系,從意識(shí)形態(tài)、硬件方面、行為方面三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行建設(shè),得出適合與集團(tuán)的企業(yè)文化。四是提出文化體系的實(shí)施措施,從職工價(jià)值觀培養(yǎng)、組織結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、完善制度保障、豐富企業(yè)文化載體四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行實(shí)施企業(yè)文化體系。
[Abstract]:Shandong Communication and Transportation Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Group Company"), a large professional transportation group attached to the Shandong State assets Supervision and Administration Commission, has actively changed its mode and adjusted its structure in recent years, making great efforts to promote the rapid development of passenger transport, logistics, maintenance, tourism and other industries. To develop healthily, to build the industrial pattern of "big station, big passenger transport, big logistics, big tourism", and to build the brand of "Shandong transportation", has been determined by the Ministry of Transport as the key contact enterprise, and by the National Development and Reform Commission, The provincial economic, business and trust committee has selected the top 100 transportation companies, the top 100 logistics companies and the top 500 service companies in China for the development of logistics. Shandong Jiaotong Group is currently in the period of transition, and it faces many problems, such as problems left over by history, public service, enterprise characteristics and so on. In the final analysis, many problems belong to the problems of corporate culture construction and perfection and enterprise management. It is obvious to all that the current highway passenger transport industry has all sorts of disadvantages, disadvantages and factors that do not adapt to the development of the market. Therefore, it is the only way for the passenger transport industry to survive in the difficult environment by keeping pace with the times, creating a unique innovative management model, and building a unique enterprise culture in accordance with the rules of the passenger transport market. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the enterprise culture of Shandong Jiaotong Group, and draws the conclusion that the problems mainly focus on the value level, the behavior level and the practice level, and puts forward the corresponding measures. By analyzing the present situation of corporate culture construction of the group and aiming at the existing problems, the author establishes the corresponding cultural system, and draws the following four conclusions. First, through the enterprise culture investigation and communication with the corporate culture practitioners in various sectors of the company, there is a poor level of understanding of the enterprise culture established by the common employees of the enterprise. Some employees do not understand the real meaning of corporate culture, and get the problems of corporate culture. The second is to analyze the internal and external cultural conditions of the company, and draw the conclusion that the company has been in line with the establishment of a complete corporate culture system. The third is to establish the corporate culture system, from the ideological, hardware, behavioral aspects of the three aspects of the construction, and get the appropriate corporate culture with the group. The fourth is to put forward the measures to carry out the enterprise culture system from four aspects: the cultivation of the workers' values, the adjustment of the organizational structure, the improvement of the system and the enrichment of the carrier of the enterprise culture.
