【摘要】：成本和進度是隨項目進展不斷發(fā)生變化的兩個最活躍的因素。因此，在項目中加強進度和成本管理顯得尤其重要。隨著工程企業(yè)競爭日趨激烈，只有不斷加強工程項目成本管理的研究并不斷在實踐中提高項目成本管理的水平，才能獲取合理的最大利潤，，才能在激烈的市場競爭中立于不敗之地。 論文借鑒項目成本管理的相關理論，并結(jié)合公路工程項目的特點，研究了EVM掙值原理在公路工程項目成本管理中的應用。以省道S324線嘉禾山背嶺至朝廷窩公路改建工程項目管理為案例，介紹了在項目的實施過程中運用EVM掙值原理進行項目進度／成本控制的過程。主要研究內(nèi)容包括： （1）、綜述項目成本管理的現(xiàn)有研究，總結(jié)現(xiàn)有研究的研究成果和不足之處； （2）、闡述公路工程項目成本管理的內(nèi)容、項目成本的構(gòu)成、項目成本管理的原則、項目成本管理的方法、項目成本的計劃編制； （3）、闡釋EVM掙值分析法的基本原理以及運用在項目成本管理中步驟和方法； （4）、對S324公路工程項目進行項目進度和成本的掙值差異分析，評估該項目的成本和進度管理情況； （5）、根據(jù)項目進度和成本偏差報告提出針對性的解決措施，提出項目進度和成本管理的保障措施。 本論文是對公路工程項目管理領域的一種嘗試和拓展，研究成果能夠為處理和控制公路工程項目建設過程中的成本管理問題提供新的分析方法和一種新的解決方案。
[Abstract]:Cost and schedule are the two most active factors that change continuously with the progress of the project. Therefore, it is particularly important to strengthen the progress and cost management in the project. With the increasingly fierce competition in the engineering enterprises, only the research on the cost management of the project is strengthened and the level of the project cost management is constantly improved in practice. Reasonable maximum profits can be invincible in fierce market competition.
Using the related theory of project cost management and combining the characteristics of highway project, this paper studies the application of EVM earned value principle in the cost management of highway engineering projects. This paper introduces the application of EVM earned value principle in the implementation process of the project with the case of the project management of the Jiahe mountain back ridge to the court nest road reconstruction project of the provincial road S324 line. Project progress / cost control process. The main research contents include:
(1) summarize the existing research on project cost management, summarize the research results and shortcomings of the existing research.
(2) the content of cost management of highway project, the composition of project cost, the principle of project cost management, the method of project cost management, and the planning of project cost are elaborated.
(3) explain the basic principles of EVM earned value analysis and the steps and methods used in project cost management.
(4) the earned value difference analysis of project progress and cost for S324 highway project is carried out to assess the cost and schedule management of the project.
(5) propose targeted solutions according to the project progress and cost deviation report, and put forward the safeguard measures for project progress and cost management.
This paper is an attempt and expansion of the field of highway engineering project management. The research results can provide a new analysis method and a new solution for the cost management in the process of processing and controlling the construction of highway project.
