【摘要】：物流業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟中一個新興的服務(wù)部門,在國民經(jīng)濟中扮演著重要的角色,在我國經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展的形勢下,市場競爭機制不斷的擠壓著企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)成本,在各地的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中,物流已成為各區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的瓶頸,各地紛紛興建物流園區(qū)破解經(jīng)濟發(fā)展結(jié)構(gòu)性難題。在發(fā)達國家,物流業(yè)的發(fā)展對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟有著巨大的推動作用,隨著物流發(fā)展的壯大,物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群成為區(qū)域物流產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢發(fā)展、持續(xù)和提升的途徑。 西安國際港務(wù)區(qū)的建設(shè)意在發(fā)展陜西物流業(yè),突破長期制約著內(nèi)陸經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的瓶頸。首先,本文就現(xiàn)階段西安港務(wù)區(qū)發(fā)展物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群形成條件作以分析,總結(jié)未來發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)集群存在著優(yōu)劣勢,判斷出西安國際港務(wù)區(qū)發(fā)展物流業(yè)正處于集群萌芽階段；其次,就現(xiàn)在的物流產(chǎn)業(yè)模式作以分類,并結(jié)合西安國際港務(wù)區(qū)形成集群條件狀況選擇適合港務(wù)區(qū)未來物流產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的集群模式。 本文屬于應(yīng)用研究。主要是以產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合西安國際港務(wù)區(qū)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢,通過大量的收集文獻、期刊、學術(shù)報告和網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)查問卷的形式獲取基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),運用層次分析得出西安國際港務(wù)區(qū)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群形成的影響因素權(quán)重,最后,參考現(xiàn)有各種物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群模式發(fā)展特征,選出港務(wù)區(qū)產(chǎn)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展模式,并對其發(fā)展模式提出了對策和建議加以培育,為港務(wù)區(qū)物流發(fā)展、獲得區(qū)域競爭優(yōu)勢做理論探索。
[Abstract]:Logistics industry is a new service sector in the national economy, which plays an important role in the national economy. Under the situation of rapid economic development in China, the market competition mechanism constantly squeezes the production costs of enterprises. In the process of economic development, logistics has become the bottleneck of regional economic development, and various regions have built logistics parks to solve the structural problems of economic development. In developed countries, the development of logistics industry plays a huge role in promoting regional economy. With the development of logistics, logistics industry cluster has become a way to develop, sustain and enhance the competitive advantage of regional logistics industry. The construction of Xi'an International Ports area aims to develop Shaanxi logistics industry and break through the bottleneck which restricts the inland economic development for a long time. First of all, this paper analyzes the forming conditions of logistics industry cluster in Xi'an port area at present, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of developing industrial cluster in the future, and judges that the logistics industry in Xi'an international port area is in the embryonic stage of cluster development; secondly, This paper classifies the current logistics industry pattern and chooses the cluster mode suitable for the future development of logistics industry in the port area in combination with the formation of cluster conditions in Xi'an International Port area. This paper belongs to applied research. Based on the relevant theories of industrial cluster, combining with the present situation and development trend of Xi'an International Port area, the basic data are obtained by collecting a large number of documents, periodicals, academic reports and online questionnaires. The weight of the influencing factors of the formation of logistics industry cluster in Xi'an International Port area is obtained by using the analytic hierarchy process. Finally, referring to the development characteristics of various existing logistics industry clusters, the author selects the development model of the logistics industry cluster in the port area. The paper also puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of port logistics and makes a theoretical exploration for the development of port logistics and the gain of regional competitive advantage.
