【摘要】：選取1978 2012年的數(shù)據(jù),應(yīng)用交叉效率數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析法(Cross-efficiency DEA)和向量自回歸模型(Vector Autoregression,VAR)對(duì)中國(guó)現(xiàn)代交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)的效率波動(dòng)情況及其影響因素進(jìn)行分析.研究結(jié)果表明,交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)的投入和產(chǎn)出要素之間,均存在單向格蘭杰(Granger)因果關(guān)系;交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)的效率波動(dòng)可以劃分為效率上升、高效運(yùn)行和效率下降三個(gè)階段,總體上呈現(xiàn)出"先升后降"的趨勢(shì);交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)對(duì)人均消費(fèi)、政府支出、能源消耗和固定資產(chǎn)投資的沖擊均表現(xiàn)出正向?yàn)橹鞯捻憫?yīng),對(duì)勞動(dòng)的沖擊表現(xiàn)出負(fù)向響應(yīng),而對(duì)信息的沖擊則表出響應(yīng)"滯后".
[Abstract]:Based on the data of 1978 and 2012, cross-efficiency data envelopment analysis and vector autoregressive model (VAR) were used to analyze the efficiency fluctuation and its influencing factors of modern transportation industry in China. The results show that there is a one-way Granger causality between input and output of transportation industry, and the fluctuation of efficiency can be divided into three stages: efficiency rise, efficient operation and efficiency decline. On the whole, there is a trend of "rising first and then descending". The impact of transportation on per capita consumption, government expenditure, energy consumption and investment in fixed assets shows a positive response, and a negative response to the impact of labor. The impact on information shows that the response is "lagging."
