基于“門到門”的集裝相海陸聯(lián)運(yùn)模式的低碳性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性比較研究

【摘要】:伴隨著全球人口的不斷增加以及經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模的不斷增長(zhǎng),人們對(duì)各種能源的使用所帶來的環(huán)境問題以及產(chǎn)生這些問題的原因有了更深的認(rèn)識(shí)。尤其是在哥本哈根氣候變化大會(huì)結(jié)束之后,低碳的概念引起全球的關(guān)注。我國作為世界上最大的發(fā)展中國家,節(jié)能減排的任務(wù)十分的艱巨,行動(dòng)也刻不容緩。目前,全球各個(gè)行業(yè)中,二氧化碳排放量最多的行業(yè)為電力行業(yè)、建筑行業(yè)以及交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)。交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)是碳排放量最大的行業(yè)之一,所以大力實(shí)行低碳運(yùn)輸是實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能減排的重要途徑。同時(shí),交通運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)中,運(yùn)輸成本是物流成本的最主要構(gòu)成部分,對(duì)運(yùn)輸成本的計(jì)算結(jié)果將會(huì)直接影響到運(yùn)輸價(jià)格的定價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及對(duì)運(yùn)輸定價(jià)策略的選擇,同時(shí)也將直接影響到制造業(yè)企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)效率以及不同的運(yùn)輸方式對(duì)社會(huì)和個(gè)人的影響。所以,在考慮運(yùn)輸?shù)牡吞夹缘耐瑫r(shí)我們還應(yīng)該注意到經(jīng)濟(jì)成本和時(shí)間成本對(duì)交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)的影響。集裝箱海陸聯(lián)運(yùn)是多式聯(lián)運(yùn)最主要的一種方式,海鐵聯(lián)運(yùn)和海公聯(lián)運(yùn)的碳排放量和運(yùn)輸成本會(huì)因?yàn)椴煌\(yùn)輸模式和運(yùn)輸組織形式而不同。因此,對(duì)集裝箱海陸聯(lián)運(yùn)的低碳性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性分別進(jìn)行討論,再進(jìn)行綜合分析,更能夠?qū)b箱海陸聯(lián)運(yùn)的不同模式進(jìn)行更加全面和可觀的分析。 本文就是通過對(duì)不同模式之下的集裝箱海陸聯(lián)運(yùn)的碳排放量和運(yùn)輸成本分別進(jìn)行測(cè)算,從而對(duì)不同模式之下的集裝箱海陸聯(lián)運(yùn)的碳排放和經(jīng)濟(jì)性進(jìn)行分析,然后再根據(jù)碳排放量,經(jīng)濟(jì)性和時(shí)間成本這三個(gè)指標(biāo)對(duì)不同模式之下的集裝箱海陸聯(lián)運(yùn)進(jìn)行綜合比較分析,再通過多目標(biāo)最優(yōu)決策的方法給出如何在不同情況下對(duì)集裝箱海陸聯(lián)運(yùn)的模式進(jìn)行選擇。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of global population and economic scale, people have a deeper understanding of the environmental problems caused by the use of various kinds of energy and the causes of these problems. Especially after the Copenhagen Climate change Conference, the concept of low-carbon has attracted global attention. As the largest developing country in the world, the task of energy saving and emission reduction is very arduous. At present, the most carbon dioxide emission industries in the world are power industry, construction industry and transportation industry. Transportation industry is one of the largest carbon emission industries, so implementing low-carbon transport is an important way to achieve energy saving and emission reduction. At the same time, transportation cost is the main component of logistics cost in transportation system. The calculation result of transportation cost will directly affect the pricing standard of transportation price and the choice of transportation pricing strategy. At the same time, it will directly affect the operating efficiency of manufacturing enterprises and the impact of different modes of transportation on society and individuals. Therefore, while considering the low-carbon nature of transport, we should also pay attention to the impact of economic cost and time cost on transport industry. Container sea-land transport is the most important way of multimodal transport. The carbon emissions and transport costs of sea-rail transport and sea-public transport will vary according to different transport modes and transport organization forms. Therefore, the low-carbon and economic characteristics of container sea and land transport are discussed separately, and then comprehensive analysis is carried out, which can make more comprehensive and considerable analysis of different modes of container sea and land transport. In this paper, the carbon emissions and transport costs of different modes of container sea and land transport are measured respectively, so as to analyze the carbon emissions and economy of different modes of container sea and land transport. Then according to the three indicators of carbon emissions, economy and time cost, the paper makes a comprehensive comparative analysis of different modes of container sea and land transport. Then, through the method of multi-objective optimal decision, how to select the model of container sea and land transport under different conditions is given.
