【摘要】：分析了城市軌道交通建設(shè)規(guī)模匡算方法,探討了PPP融資模式對(duì)城市軌道交通建設(shè)及運(yùn)營(yíng)的影響,建立了PPP融資模式與軌道交通建設(shè)規(guī)�？锼愕年P(guān)系模型。該模型已在鄭州市軌道交通建設(shè)規(guī)劃編制過程中得到應(yīng)用,并在應(yīng)用結(jié)果中提出了豐富PPP的回報(bào)方式以及減輕政府出資壓力的建議。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the method of calculating the scale of urban rail transit construction, probes into the influence of PPP financing mode on the construction and operation of urban rail transit, and establishes the relationship model between PPP financing mode and the scale calculation of urban rail transit construction. The model has been applied in the planning process of rail transit construction in Zhengzhou City. In the application results, the way to enrich PPP and the suggestions to reduce the pressure of government investment are put forward.
