【摘要】：轉(zhuǎn)變社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式是一個(gè)涉及經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、政治、文化以至全體民眾的思維方式和生活方式的深刻變化過程,而港口轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)則是社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的關(guān)鍵內(nèi)容之一�！笆晃濉睍r(shí)期,無論從通過能力還是從吞吐量看,中國港口發(fā)展已經(jīng)從能力不足進(jìn)入了大型化、專業(yè)化、現(xiàn)代化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的能力充足的港口結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變階段,已進(jìn)入了世界港口前列。 本論文基于第四代港口理論和競(jìng)爭戰(zhàn)略相關(guān)理論,針對(duì)港口行業(yè)特點(diǎn),對(duì)大連港集團(tuán)進(jìn)行港口開發(fā)與功能調(diào)整的內(nèi)外環(huán)境做出系統(tǒng)分析,運(yùn)用回歸分析、相關(guān)系數(shù)分析、戰(zhàn)略經(jīng)營環(huán)境SWOT分析方法對(duì)港口企業(yè)、國家政府、企業(yè)的責(zé)任和使命進(jìn)行了簡要評(píng)述,對(duì)大連港集團(tuán)大窯灣核心港區(qū)進(jìn)行第四代港口功能開發(fā)、建設(shè)與調(diào)整的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)與威脅進(jìn)行明確,并進(jìn)行了戰(zhàn)略匹配。對(duì)大連港集團(tuán)第四代港口建設(shè)的發(fā)展環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析和選擇,按照大連港集團(tuán)總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和“十二五”規(guī)劃要求,提出大連港集團(tuán)核心港區(qū)進(jìn)行第四代港口建設(shè)的發(fā)展目標(biāo)、發(fā)展重點(diǎn)和基本對(duì)策,并提出相關(guān)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施措施,強(qiáng)化了大連港第四代港口戰(zhàn)略是個(gè)城市發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施是個(gè)重大工程,需要政府的強(qiáng)力支持。
[Abstract]:Changing the mode of social and economic development is a profound change process involving economy, society, politics, culture and even the way of life of the whole people, and the port transformation and upgrading is one of the key contents of the social economic transformation and upgrading. During the 11th Five-Year Plan period, the port development in China has moved from a lack of capacity to a large, specialized, modernized and networked stage of port structure transformation, both in terms of capacity and throughput. Has entered the forefront of the world's ports. Based on the fourth generation port theory and the theory of competition strategy, this paper makes a systematic analysis on the internal and external environment of port development and function adjustment of Dalian Port Group according to the characteristics of port industry, and applies regression analysis and correlation coefficient analysis. The SWOT analysis method of strategic operating environment briefly reviews the responsibility and mission of port enterprises, national governments and enterprises, and makes a brief comment on the advantages and disadvantages of the fourth generation port function development, construction and adjustment of Dalian Port Group Dayaowan Core Port area. Opportunities and threats were identified and strategic matches were made. The development environment of the fourth generation port construction of Dalian Port Group is analyzed and selected. According to the overall development strategy of Dalian Port Group and the requirements of the 12th Five-Year Plan, the development goal of the fourth generation port construction in the core port area of Dalian Port Group is put forward. The fourth generation port strategy of Dalian Port is a city development strategy, and the implementation of the strategy is a major project, which needs the strong support of the government.
