【摘要】：天津市作為北方經(jīng)濟中心地位初步確立,國際港口城市的作用更加突出,這些政策都深刻反映了天津市當(dāng)前所處的發(fā)展環(huán)境和我們面臨的發(fā)展機遇,牢牢把握了時代發(fā)展的大局和天津發(fā)展的大勢,時刻認(rèn)清天津港的發(fā)展是帶動濱海新區(qū)發(fā)展的龍頭。 隨著全球經(jīng)濟復(fù)蘇,我國經(jīng)濟進入新一輪高速發(fā)展階段,我國對石化產(chǎn)品需求也在不斷增加,石化產(chǎn)品的進出口貿(mào)易量也持續(xù)增長。天津港是我國北方重要的國際港口和首都北京的海上門戶,也是渤海中與華北、西北地區(qū)內(nèi)陸距離最短的港口。天津港的發(fā)展是濱海新區(qū)快速發(fā)展的動力,特別是發(fā)展天津港石化產(chǎn)業(yè)是繼集裝箱產(chǎn)業(yè)、散貨產(chǎn)業(yè)后的新的經(jīng)濟增長點。天津港石化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展適應(yīng)了港口、濱海新區(qū)以及天津經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。 天津港石油化工碼頭有限公司是天津港唯一從事大宗液體散貨裝卸作業(yè)的專業(yè)碼頭,依托北方第一大港天津港,憑借腹地廣闊,交通便捷,設(shè)施完善之優(yōu)勢,與眾多石化企業(yè)建立了良好的合作關(guān)系,港口吞吐量、儲運、貿(mào)易量逐年快速遞增,已逐漸成為中國北方重要的石化產(chǎn)品儲運、集散貿(mào)易基地。近年來以高速發(fā)展的態(tài)勢茁壯成長,為天津港的建設(shè)做出貢獻(xiàn)。 天津港石油化工碼頭作為天津港發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略重點之一,其發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略尤為重要。論文通過對港口發(fā)展及戰(zhàn)略管理相關(guān)理論的研究,從全球及我國石化產(chǎn)業(yè)分析入手,結(jié)合天津港石油化工碼頭有限公司的現(xiàn)狀,著重對天津港石油化工碼頭進行SWOT分析,依據(jù)優(yōu)勢及劣勢的詳細(xì)分析,找出天津港石油化工碼頭面臨的機遇和挑戰(zhàn),在此基礎(chǔ)上預(yù)測天津港石油化工碼頭吞吐量發(fā)展的趨勢,并通過相關(guān)定量分析及定性分析建立數(shù)據(jù)模型,針對預(yù)測結(jié)果提出今后發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)、重點和措施,為天津港石油化工碼頭的經(jīng)營決策提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Tianjin's status as a northern economic center has been preliminarily established, and the role of the international port city has become even more prominent. These policies profoundly reflect the development environment in which Tianjin is currently located and the development opportunities we are facing. Firmly grasp the overall situation of the development of the times and Tianjin's development trend, always recognize that the development of Tianjin Port is driving the development of Binhai New area leading. With the global economic recovery, China's economy has entered a new stage of rapid development, the demand for petrochemical products in China is also increasing, and the volume of import and export trade of petrochemical products is also increasing. Tianjin Port is an important international port in the north of China and an offshore gateway to the capital Beijing. It is also the shortest inland port between Bohai Sea and North China and Northwest China. The development of Tianjin Port is the driving force for the rapid development of Binhai New area, especially the development of petrochemical industry in Tianjin Port is a new economic growth point after container industry and bulk cargo industry. The development of Tianjin Port petrochemical industry adapts to the development of port, Binhai New area and Tianjin economy. Tianjin Port Petrochemical Wharf Co., Ltd. is the only professional wharf engaged in bulk liquid bulk cargo loading and unloading in Tianjin Port. Relying on Tianjin Port, the largest port in the north, with the advantages of vast hinterland, convenient transportation and perfect facilities, With many petrochemical enterprises to establish a good relationship, port throughput, storage and transportation, trade volume is increasing rapidly year by year, has gradually become an important petrochemical products storage, distribution and trading base in northern China. In recent years, the rapid development of the momentum of healthy growth, for the construction of Tianjin Port to make contributions. As one of the key points of Tianjin Port's development strategy, the development strategy of Tianjin Port Petrochemical Wharf is particularly important. Through the research on the theory of port development and strategic management, starting with the analysis of petrochemical industry in the world and our country, combined with the present situation of Tianjin Port Petrochemical Wharf Co., Ltd, this paper focuses on the SWOT analysis of Tianjin Port Petrochemical Wharf. Based on the detailed analysis of the advantages and disadvantages, the opportunities and challenges faced by Tianjin Port Petrochemical Terminal are found out, and the development trend of the throughput of Tianjin Port Petrochemical Terminal is forecasted on this basis. Through quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, the data model is established, and the strategic objectives, emphases and measures for the future development are put forward in the light of the forecast results, which provide the basis for the management decision of Tianjin Port Petrochemical Wharf.
