昆明機場安檢站員工工作壓力管理策略研究

【摘要】:隨著科學技術的發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟全球化也越來越快,壓力問題已經(jīng)是社會學、心理學、管理學等領域的重點關注對象,在社會上得到了大量的關注。由于信息技術、城市化的發(fā)展,我國工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)受到了服務業(yè)的巨大沖擊。例如我國很多企業(yè)目前不能很好的對待員工工作過程中的壓力,造成了員工跳樓自殺的案例不在少數(shù)。因此對企業(yè)員工的壓力問題和壓力管理的研究,對提高員工工作業(yè)績和企業(yè)的績效有重大意義。 本課題在收集前人對壓力的研究結論的基礎上,采取問卷調(diào)查方法對昆明機場安檢員工面對的工作壓力進行了調(diào)查,深刻的認識到本企業(yè)員工面臨的壓力大部分來自于工作環(huán)境差、工作時間長、工作負荷重等;企業(yè)在壓力管理方面沒有形成系統(tǒng)的體制,人力資源管理制度不健全,,組織層面上的評估體系和壓力管理也不足,從整體上來說,企業(yè)對員工的壓力管理不夠重視,缺乏投入,員工晉升機會很少。本文利用統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)分析法對員工壓力源進行分析,在壓力源與壓力反應之間的相關關系實行驗證和研究。以國內(nèi)外壓力管理實踐經(jīng)驗為基礎,關鍵是從個人和組織角度制定相應的員工壓力管理制度,從而為公司的人力資源提供根據(jù),進一步為企業(yè)提供壓力管理的參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, economic globalization is becoming faster and faster. Stress has been the focus of attention in the fields of sociology, psychology, management and so on, and has received a lot of attention in the society. Due to the development of information technology and urbanization, China's industrial industry has been greatly impacted by the service industry. For example, many enterprises in our country can not deal well with the pressure in the process of employees' work at present, which causes the employees to jump from buildings and commit suicide in no small number of cases. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the stress problem and stress management to improve the performance of the employees and the performance of the enterprise. On the basis of collecting the conclusions of the previous research on the stress, this paper makes a survey on the work pressure faced by the security inspection staff at Kunming Airport by means of a questionnaire survey. It is deeply recognized that most of the pressure faced by the employees in the enterprise comes from the poor working environment, long working hours, heavy workload, etc., the enterprise does not have a systematic system of stress management, and the system of human resources management is not perfect. The evaluation system and stress management on the organizational level are also insufficient. On the whole, the enterprise does not pay enough attention to the stress management of employees, lacks input, and has few promotion opportunities. In this paper, the statistical data analysis method is used to analyze the stress source of employees, and the correlation between the pressure source and the stress response is verified and studied. Based on the practical experience of pressure management at home and abroad, the key is to establish the corresponding staff stress management system from the angle of individual and organization, so as to provide the basis for the company's human resources and further provide the reference for the enterprise's stress management.
