【摘要】：國際航運(yùn)已經(jīng)發(fā)展了數(shù)百年。20世紀(jì)中期，集裝箱投入遠(yuǎn)洋運(yùn)輸，促進(jìn)了航運(yùn)業(yè)的發(fā)展并提高了效率、降低了航運(yùn)成本。金融危機(jī)以來，以及供需關(guān)系、經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易、政治和自然環(huán)境等因素的影響，集裝箱運(yùn)輸價(jià)格波動異常巨大。為了避免集裝箱運(yùn)價(jià)波動的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，，上海推出了上海出口集裝箱遠(yuǎn)期運(yùn)價(jià)合約。使得集裝箱班輪運(yùn)營公司，貨主與代理商，金融機(jī)構(gòu)等能參與到集裝箱運(yùn)價(jià)市場。 本文選取上海出口集裝箱遠(yuǎn)期運(yùn)價(jià)合約中較為典型的歐洲基本港遠(yuǎn)期運(yùn)價(jià)協(xié)議，應(yīng)用計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的方法，研究遠(yuǎn)期運(yùn)價(jià)協(xié)議的價(jià)格發(fā)現(xiàn)功能。結(jié)合集裝箱運(yùn)輸市場的特殊狀況，分析了即期與遠(yuǎn)期運(yùn)價(jià)的影響因素，以遠(yuǎn)期價(jià)格和即期價(jià)格為共同參考對象，分析了遠(yuǎn)期價(jià)格和即期價(jià)格之間的引導(dǎo)關(guān)系，可知：歐線基本港遠(yuǎn)期運(yùn)價(jià)協(xié)議中，遠(yuǎn)期價(jià)格對即期價(jià)格有較強(qiáng)的價(jià)格發(fā)現(xiàn)功能。此價(jià)格發(fā)現(xiàn)功能會對原本封閉的集裝箱運(yùn)輸市場帶來新的機(jī)遇。
[Abstract]:International shipping has been developed for hundreds of years in the middle of the.20 century. Container transportation has been put into ocean transportation, which has promoted the development of the shipping industry and improved the efficiency and reduced the cost of shipping. Since the financial crisis and the influence of supply and demand, economy, trade, politics and natural environment, the price fluctuation of container transportation is very huge. The risk of price fluctuation in the case, Shanghai launched the Shanghai export container forward price contract, which enables the container liner operators, the cargo owners and the agents, and the financial institutions to participate in the container freight market.
This paper selects the typical European basic port forward price agreement in the Shanghai export container forward price contract, and studies the price discovery function of the forward price agreement by means of econometrics. Combined with the special situation of the container transportation market, the factors that affect the immediate and forward price are analyzed, with the forward price and the immediate price. For the common reference object, the guidance relationship between forward price and spot price is analyzed. It is known that forward price has a strong price discovery function to spot price in the forward price agreement of the European basic port, which will bring new opportunities to the originally closed container transportation market.
