【摘要】:信息化是當(dāng)今世界科技、經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要趨勢(shì)。信息技術(shù)已廣泛滲透到經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,推動(dòng)人類社會(huì)生產(chǎn)力達(dá)到一個(gè)嶄新的高度。交通作為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)性產(chǎn)業(yè),信息技術(shù)的高滲透性和高集成性正有效地改造和提升交通運(yùn)輸產(chǎn)業(yè),信息化是實(shí)現(xiàn)交通運(yùn)輸現(xiàn)代化的必然選擇,大力推進(jìn)信息化,對(duì)于實(shí)現(xiàn)交通運(yùn)輸新的跨越式發(fā)展具有十分重要的意義。 本論文以遼寧省交通廳重點(diǎn)科技項(xiàng)目《遼寧省運(yùn)政管理信息系統(tǒng)》為切入點(diǎn),針對(duì)系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)方案,網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)模式以及提高系統(tǒng)性能措施等三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了深入的研究。在技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)方面,通過(guò)對(duì)各類主流開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)、應(yīng)用軟件等主要參數(shù)指標(biāo)的橫向?qū)Ρ?結(jié)合實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)需求以及本省運(yùn)管部門組織結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,從而確定最優(yōu)方案;網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)方面,采用VPDN作為基層數(shù)據(jù)點(diǎn)與數(shù)據(jù)中心的聯(lián)接技術(shù),即滿足了業(yè)務(wù)流對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全的需求,又節(jié)約了大量成本;提高系統(tǒng)性能措施方面,闡述了如何采用F5硬件設(shè)備與服務(wù)器集群協(xié)作策略完成負(fù)載均衡。此外,還介紹了一些相關(guān)概念知識(shí)以及對(duì)系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化的意見(jiàn)等。 遼寧省運(yùn)政管理信息系統(tǒng)目前已投入實(shí)際應(yīng)用,經(jīng)過(guò)近年來(lái)不斷對(duì)系統(tǒng)升級(jí)以及功能的拓展,大大提高了運(yùn)政業(yè)務(wù)處理效率,取得了良好的社會(huì)效益。
[Abstract]:Informationization is an important trend in the development of science and technology, economy and society in the world. Information technology has permeated all fields of economy and society and pushed the productivity of human society to a new height. As the basic industry of the national economy, the high permeability and high integration of information technology are effectively transforming and upgrading the transportation industry. Informatization is the inevitable choice to realize the modernization of transportation. It is of great significance to realize the new development of transportation by leaps and bounds. In this paper, the key scientific and technological project of Liaoning Provincial Department of Communications, "Liaoning Provincial Transportation Administration Management Information system", is taken as the breakthrough point, and the technical implementation scheme, network architecture model and measures to improve the performance of the system are studied in depth. In the aspect of technical realization, through the horizontal comparison of main parameter indexes, such as all kinds of mainstream development technology, application software and so on, combining with the actual business demand and the organization structure of the provincial transportation management department, this paper makes a detailed analysis, so as to determine the optimal scheme. In the aspect of network architecture, VPDN is used as the connection technology between data point and data center, which meets the demand of network security and saves a lot of cost, and improves the system performance. This paper describes how to use F5 hardware and server cluster cooperation strategy to achieve load balancing. In addition, some related concepts and suggestions on system optimization are also introduced. Liaoning Provincial Transportation and Administration Management Information system has been put into practical application at present. Through the continuous upgrading of the system and the expansion of its function in recent years, it has greatly improved the handling efficiency of the transportation and administration business and achieved good social benefits.
