【摘要】：揭示城市地下工程核心安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的形成與演化機(jī)理,是實(shí)現(xiàn)有效安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控的前提。研究立足項(xiàng)目層面,聚焦于風(fēng)險(xiǎn)形成和發(fā)展的全過(guò)程,采用扎根理論方法構(gòu)建了城市地下工程核心安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)驅(qū)動(dòng)因素及其演化的概念模型。模型中包含了核心安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的形成環(huán)境、驅(qū)動(dòng)因素、演化過(guò)程三種關(guān)系:一,時(shí)空環(huán)境與孕險(xiǎn)環(huán)境共同構(gòu)成了核心安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的形成環(huán)境;二,組織因素、主體因素和技術(shù)因素是驅(qū)動(dòng)核心安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)演化的主要因素;三,核心安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)呈現(xiàn)出"風(fēng)險(xiǎn)潛伏—風(fēng)險(xiǎn)發(fā)展—風(fēng)險(xiǎn)爆發(fā)—事故形成"的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)演化鏈。研究有助于深化對(duì)城市地下工程核心安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)形成和演化的認(rèn)識(shí),為項(xiàng)目參與方實(shí)施有效管控提供針對(duì)性的管理思路和實(shí)施路徑奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:To reveal the formation and evolution mechanism of the core safety risk of urban underground engineering is the premise to realize effective safety risk control. Based on the project level and focusing on the whole process of risk formation and development, the conceptual model of the driving factors of urban underground engineering core safety risk and its evolution is constructed by taking root theory method. The model includes three kinds of relationships: first, spatio-temporal environment and pregnancy risk environment constitute the forming environment of core safety risk; second, organizational factors, The main factors and technical factors are the main factors driving the evolution of the core security risks. Thirdly, the core security risks present the risk evolution chain of "risk latent, risk development, risk explosion and accident formation". The study is helpful to deepen the understanding of the formation and evolution of the core safety risks of urban underground engineering, and to lay a theoretical foundation for the effective management and control of the project participants.
