【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)綜合國(guó)力和經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易的提高,物流的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和科技技術(shù)得到了充分的發(fā)展和提高,各省市根據(jù)其具體的地貌特征和經(jīng)濟(jì)特點(diǎn)建立起了符合當(dāng)?shù)靥厣牟煌N類的物流中心,比如公路物流中心、海港物流中心、配送物流中心等。其中,就公路物流中心而言,隨著我國(guó)各大公路網(wǎng)絡(luò)的完善,城市中心通道的大力建設(shè),各地區(qū)政府的大力支持,我國(guó)的公路物流中心得到極大地發(fā)展。因此,在這樣良好的黃金發(fā)展期間,我國(guó)各個(gè)地區(qū)崛起了規(guī)格不一、功能各異的公路物流中心或公路物流中心,公路物流中心的建設(shè)進(jìn)入和空前的繁榮時(shí)期。重慶作為山城,其地貌非常適合公路物流中心,進(jìn)行有效的門到門運(yùn)輸,重慶在“十二五”規(guī)劃中也大力支持物流中心的建設(shè)。但是,重慶對(duì)于公路物流中心的研究還尚且處于一個(gè)發(fā)展初期,面對(duì)各省市眾多的公路物流中心,也給重慶的公路物流中心帶來(lái)了一定的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力和發(fā)展阻礙。因此,從理論上來(lái)說(shuō),為重慶市公路物流中心以后的發(fā)展提供合理的規(guī)劃決策,成為了重慶市公路物流中心未來(lái)發(fā)展的首要工作。本文以重慶市新建立的公路物流中心(南彭)為研究對(duì)象,重點(diǎn)研究其未來(lái)的發(fā)展,為其良好的發(fā)展提供合理的發(fā)展規(guī)劃。論文首先闡述了公路物流中心的背景意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀學(xué)者對(duì)于公路物流中心發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的研究;然后詳細(xì)介紹了重慶市公路物流中心(南彭)現(xiàn)狀,主要采用PEST分析法對(duì)其現(xiàn)有的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、技術(shù)等方面的條件和環(huán)境進(jìn)行了具體的分析,掌握重慶市公路物流中心(南彭)的發(fā)展機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),得到在這樣的新形勢(shì)下對(duì)重慶市公路物流中心(南彭)的新要求;然后根據(jù)其具體的發(fā)展要求和重慶市當(dāng)?shù)氐臈l件特點(diǎn),結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)的公路物流中心的發(fā)展策略,取其精華,去其糟粕,為重慶市公路物流中心(南彭)的發(fā)展提出相應(yīng)的建議如:提高對(duì)現(xiàn)代公路物流中心的理解層次、發(fā)展自身優(yōu)勢(shì),吸引更多優(yōu)質(zhì)企業(yè)入駐、重視“兩線兩環(huán)”規(guī)劃,打造重慶商貿(mào)物流新格局、有效運(yùn)用政府的支持,加強(qiáng)內(nèi)部組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和部門協(xié)調(diào)、構(gòu)建重慶公路物流中心網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)營(yíng)系統(tǒng)、引進(jìn)和培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀的專業(yè)人才、物流中心內(nèi)部交通規(guī)劃組織、加強(qiáng)物流中心與社會(huì)其他行業(yè)的合作等等。希望我市的公路物流中心能成為支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè),為我市帶來(lái)更多的投資,不斷優(yōu)化和發(fā)展我市的公路運(yùn)輸和物流中心建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of China's comprehensive national strength and economic and trade, the infrastructure and technology and technology of logistics have been fully developed and improved. According to its specific geomorphic characteristics and economic characteristics, various provinces and cities have set up different types of logistics centers, such as the center of road material flow, seaport logistics center, distribution logistics center, etc. As far as the highway logistics center is concerned, with the improvement of the highway network in our country, the vigorous construction of the urban central channel and the strong support of the various regional governments, the highway logistics center of our country has been greatly developed. Therefore, during such a good gold development, various areas of our country have risen to different specifications and different functions. Flow center or highway logistics center, road logistics center construction and unprecedented prosperity period. Chongqing as a mountain city, its landform is very suitable for road logistics center, effective door to door transportation, Chongqing in the "12th Five-Year" planning also strongly support the construction of logistics center. But the research of Chongqing for the highway logistics center is also It is still in the early stage of development. Facing many provinces and cities, the highway logistics center has brought certain competitive pressure and development obstacles to the highway logistics center of Chongqing. Therefore, in theory, it provides a reasonable planning decision for the development of Chongqing highway logistics center, which has become the future development of the Chongqing highway logistics center. First of all, this paper takes the newly established highway logistics center of Chongqing (Nan Peng) as the research object, focuses on its future development and provides a reasonable development plan for its good development. Firstly, the paper expounds the background significance of the highway logistics center, and then studies the development status of the highway logistics Center at home and abroad; The present situation of Chongqing Highway Logistics Center (Nan Peng) is introduced in detail, and the conditions and environment of the existing political, economic, social and technical aspects are analyzed by PEST analysis, and the development opportunities and challenges of the Chongqing Highway Logistics Center (Nan Peng) are mastered, and in this new situation, the logistics of Chongqing highway logistics is obtained. The new requirements of heart (Nan Peng), and then according to its specific development requirements and the local conditions in Chongqing, combined with the development strategy of advanced highway logistics center at home and abroad, take the essence, go to its dross, and put forward the corresponding suggestions for the development of the Chongqing road logistics center (Nan Peng), such as improving the understanding of the modern highway logistics center, To develop its own advantages, attract more high-quality enterprises to enter, attach importance to the "two lines and two rings" planning, create a new pattern of Chongqing trade and trade logistics, effectively use the support of the government, strengthen the coordination of internal organization and leadership and departments, construct the network operation system of the Chongqing highway logistics center, introduce and train outstanding professionals, and the internal transportation planning of the logistics center. Organize, strengthen the cooperation between the logistics center and the other sectors of the society. I hope that the road logistics center of our city can become a pillar industry, bring more investment to our city, and constantly optimize and develop the construction of highway transportation and logistics center in our city.
