【摘要】：隨著我國城市化進(jìn)程的加快,國內(nèi)各主要城市的交通壓力日漸增加,城市軌道交通已逐漸成為市民出行的主要工具。近年來,隨著我國軌道交通建設(shè)項目投資規(guī)模的增大和建設(shè)步伐的加快,地鐵車輛采購項目的時間管理也日益凸顯出其重要性。 本文首先分析現(xiàn)有的基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的CPM/PERT項目進(jìn)度管理方法,以及該方法的優(yōu)點以及局限性。在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步介紹了基于約束理論的關(guān)鍵鏈法并通過實例說明關(guān)鍵鏈法的實施步驟。此外,深入分析了不同類型緩沖區(qū)的設(shè)置方法,為具體的實踐提供了相應(yīng)的理論支持。 其次,本文進(jìn)一步闡述城市軌道交通車輛采購項目的特點及其生命周期。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合約束理論和關(guān)鍵鏈管理提出具有適用性的軌道交通車輛采購項目時間管理的方案。對目前此類項目中存在的問題,諸如：時間估計、關(guān)鍵活動識別、資源平衡、過程監(jiān)控等,探討了具有可行性的解決方案。 最后,本文將關(guān)鍵鏈管理運用在上海地鐵L線建設(shè)中車輛采購項目時間管理的實踐中,并運用仿真模擬模型驗證了關(guān)鍵鏈管理在城市軌道交通車輛采購項目時間管理中的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization in China, the traffic pressure of major cities in China is increasing day by day, and urban rail transit has gradually become the main tool for citizens to travel.In recent years, with the increase of investment scale of rail transit construction project and the acceleration of construction pace, the time management of subway vehicle procurement project has become increasingly important.This paper first analyzes the existing CPM/PERT project schedule management method based on network technology and its advantages and limitations.On this basis, the key chain method based on the constraint theory is further introduced, and the implementation steps of the key chain method are illustrated by an example.In addition, the methods of setting different types of buffers are analyzed in depth, which provides corresponding theoretical support for specific practice.Secondly, this paper further expounds the characteristics and life cycle of urban rail transit vehicle purchase project.On this basis, combined with constraint theory and key chain management, a suitable project of time management of rail transit vehicle procurement project is proposed.This paper discusses the feasible solutions to the problems existing in this kind of projects, such as time estimation, key activity identification, resource balance, process monitoring and so on.Finally, this paper applies the key chain management to the practice of vehicle purchasing project time management in the construction of Shanghai Metro L Line.The effectiveness of key chain management in the time management of urban rail transit vehicle procurement project is verified by using the simulation model.
