【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展和交通運(yùn)輸體系的不斷完善,使得人們出行的頻率越來(lái)越高。隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)快速的發(fā)展和人們生活水平的不斷提高,旅客對(duì)出行的質(zhì)量要求也越來(lái)越高,需求層次明顯提升。由原來(lái)出行安全、快捷的基本要求向安全、快捷、準(zhǔn)時(shí)、舒適轉(zhuǎn)變。然而,由于運(yùn)輸業(yè)的特點(diǎn),旅客的需求在不同的時(shí)間段不盡相同,使得客流具有不均衡性、時(shí)段性的特點(diǎn)。個(gè)別時(shí)間段客流會(huì)有突增即出現(xiàn)客流高峰�？土鞯耐辉鼋o運(yùn)輸組織工作帶來(lái)了很大的壓力和難度。那么如何做好客流高峰期車站客運(yùn)組織工作對(duì)于我們鐵路運(yùn)輸企業(yè)來(lái)講是個(gè)重要的課題。因?yàn)?良好的運(yùn)輸組織會(huì)帶來(lái)長(zhǎng)久客流量。那么如何在確保長(zhǎng)久客流量的同時(shí)通過(guò)不斷地優(yōu)化組織方案,以實(shí)現(xiàn)降低生產(chǎn)成本、減少無(wú)效作業(yè)、優(yōu)化運(yùn)輸流程,提高工作效率實(shí)現(xiàn)效益的最大化的目標(biāo),對(duì)客流高峰期車站客運(yùn)組織的綜合評(píng)價(jià)就顯得尤為重要了。只有正確的評(píng)價(jià),才能找到最佳的組織方案。評(píng)價(jià)是為了決策,決策需要評(píng)價(jià)。 本文從分析旅客運(yùn)輸?shù)幕咎攸c(diǎn)出發(fā),運(yùn)用綜合評(píng)價(jià)的方法,構(gòu)建客流高峰期客運(yùn)組織評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并以長(zhǎng)沙車站為實(shí)例,對(duì)其客流高峰期的客運(yùn)組織進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),找出其中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),為做出最優(yōu)組織方案提供依據(jù),以確保客流高峰期的服務(wù)質(zhì)量,從而不斷提高企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:The development of economic globalization and the transportation system continues to improve, more and more people travel so that the frequency is high. With the social and economic sustained and rapid development and continuous improvement of people's living standard, passengers travel quality requirements are increasingly high, the demand level improved significantly. From the original travel safety, the basic requirements to the quick safe, fast, punctual, comfortable change. However, due to the characteristics of the transportation industry, passenger demand is not the same in different time, the passenger flow is not balanced, the characteristics of time. Individual time traffic will be increased suddenly appeared peak. The passenger suddenly brought pressure and difficulty the increase to the transportation organization. So how do the station passenger flow peak passenger traffic organization for our railway transportation enterprises is an important issue. Because the transportation organization will bring good long-term customer So how to ensure the flow. In the long traffic at the same time through the continuous optimization scheme to reduce the production cost, reduce invalid operation, optimizing the transportation process, improve work efficiency and realize the benefit maximization, the comprehensive evaluation of the passenger flow peak Station passenger transport organization is particularly important.
