【摘要】：基于對我國海運(yùn)服務(wù)貿(mào)易技術(shù)外溢效應(yīng)存在性的理論分析,運(yùn)用索羅殘差法對2000-2012年我國全要素生產(chǎn)率進(jìn)行測算,在此基礎(chǔ)上對我國海運(yùn)服務(wù)貿(mào)易產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易指數(shù)、海運(yùn)服務(wù)貿(mào)易對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的貢獻(xiàn)度、經(jīng)濟(jì)體制及科研環(huán)境等變量通過逐步回歸方法進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究表明,我國海運(yùn)服務(wù)貿(mào)易通過產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)效應(yīng)、競爭因素、學(xué)習(xí)和示范效應(yīng)以及人力資本流動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)其技術(shù)外溢,而技術(shù)外溢效應(yīng)水平主要受我國海運(yùn)服務(wù)貿(mào)易產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易水平的影響。在海運(yùn)服務(wù)貿(mào)易之外,經(jīng)濟(jì)體制約束和科技研發(fā)支出均對我國全要素生產(chǎn)率產(chǎn)生顯著影響。
[Abstract]:Based on the theoretical analysis of the existence of technology spillover effect in China's marine services trade, the total factor productivity (TFP) of China from 2000 to 2012 is measured by using the Solow residual method, and then the intra-industry trade index of China's maritime services trade is analyzed.The contribution of marine service trade to China's economic development, the economic system and the scientific research environment are studied by stepwise regression method.The effect of learning and demonstration and the realization of technological spillover by human capital flow are mainly affected by the level of intra-industry trade in marine services trade in China.In addition to marine trade in services, economic system constraints and R & D spending have a significant impact on China's total factor productivity (TFP).
