【摘要】：近年來，隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展重心的北移，以天津港、青島港、大連港為代表的環(huán)渤海港口物流競爭激烈，如何避免環(huán)渤海地區(qū)在發(fā)展港口物流時(shí)的惡性競爭，已成為社會各界的關(guān)注焦點(diǎn)�；诖耍疚膹母劭谖锪鞯南嚓P(guān)理論入手，對港口物流的基本概念及港口物流競合的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行探討，同時(shí)，詳細(xì)分析環(huán)渤海區(qū)域各港口的港口物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，根據(jù)環(huán)渤海港口物流綜合競爭力評價(jià)結(jié)果，進(jìn)行環(huán)渤海港口物流發(fā)展的競合策略論述。首先，對港口物流綜合競爭力的主要評價(jià)方法進(jìn)行分析對比，利用因子分析法及SPSS軟件對環(huán)渤海8個主要港口綜合競爭力進(jìn)行評價(jià)，得出環(huán)渤海地區(qū)8個主要港口的評價(jià)結(jié)果，在此評價(jià)結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上，應(yīng)用SWOT分析方法對環(huán)渤海8個港口各自所具有的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)遇和威脅進(jìn)行論述，最后提出環(huán)渤海地區(qū)8個港口應(yīng)分為三個層次來進(jìn)行競爭與合作，并且針對每一層次的港口給出具體的競合戰(zhàn)略建議。科學(xué)合理的環(huán)渤海區(qū)域港口物流競合策略的提出，，對環(huán)渤海地區(qū)各港口充分發(fā)揮各自的優(yōu)勢、環(huán)渤海地區(qū)港口物流整體競爭實(shí)力的提升乃至該地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展活力的進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)都具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the northward shift of China's economic development center, the logistics competition of Bohai Rim Port, represented by Tianjin Port, Qingdao Port and Dalian Port, is fierce. How to avoid the vicious competition in the development of port logistics in Bohai Rim. Has become the focus of attention of all walks of life. Based on this, this paper starts with the relevant theory of port logistics, discusses the basic concept of port logistics and the connotation of port logistics competition, at the same time, The present situation of port logistics development in Bohai Rim region is analyzed in detail. According to the evaluation results of the comprehensive competitiveness of port logistics around Bohai Sea, the competing strategy of logistics development around Bohai Sea is discussed. The main evaluation methods of port logistics comprehensive competitiveness are analyzed and compared. The comprehensive competitiveness of eight main ports around Bohai Sea is evaluated by factor analysis and SPSS software, and the evaluation results of 8 main ports around Bohai Sea are obtained. On the basis of the evaluation results, the paper discusses the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of each of the eight ports around the Bohai Sea by using the SWOT analysis method. Finally, it points out that the eight ports around the Bohai Sea should be divided into three levels to compete and cooperate. And for each level of ports to give specific proposals for competing strategy. Scientific and reasonable port logistics competition strategy around the Bohai Sea region, to give full play to each port around the Bohai Sea region of their respective advantages, It is of great significance to enhance the overall competitive strength of port logistics around the Bohai Sea and even to further enhance the vitality of economic development in the region.
