【摘要】：工業(yè)化創(chuàng)造供給,城市化創(chuàng)造需求,兩者增速的差異就可能導致需求不足,所以城市化是未來拉動中國經(jīng)濟最重要的一個空間,也是轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式、調(diào)整優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)的一個重要載體,發(fā)展城市化對于整個國民經(jīng)濟的平衡是至關(guān)重要的。在城市化發(fā)展過程中,交通運輸扮演著“潤滑劑”和“推進劑”的角色,完善的交通運輸體系是促進區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長、降低經(jīng)濟運行成本以及推動城市化發(fā)展的助推力。 蘭州市位于中國陸域版圖的幾何中心,憑借“秦隴鎖鑰、東西咽喉”、座中六聯(lián)、關(guān)通八方的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢,既是古絲綢之路上的交通要道和商埠重鎮(zhèn),也是新亞歐大陸橋和我國面向中亞、西亞開放的戰(zhàn)略通道,擁有優(yōu)越的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展空間。改革以來,伴隨著地區(qū)經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,蘭州市城市化水平不斷上升。但是,由于城市交通不暢等諸多問題的存在,城市化乃至經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展受到一定程度的阻礙。為了更好地發(fā)揮交通運輸在城市化過程中的作用,有必要對蘭州市城市化與交通運輸耦合發(fā)展進行研究。 本文以城市化與交通運輸耦合發(fā)展的現(xiàn)象為基礎,通過分析兩者耦合作用的特點、機制及其對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的影響,完善耦合評價指標體系,借鑒物理學中的耦合協(xié)調(diào)函數(shù),構(gòu)建城市化與交通運輸耦合協(xié)調(diào)評價模型,并運用上述分析框架,考察蘭州市城市化與交通運輸耦合發(fā)展狀況,進而提出蘭州市城市化與交通運輸耦合優(yōu)化的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Industrialization creates supply and urbanization creates demand. The difference between the two may lead to insufficient demand. Therefore, urbanization is the most important space for stimulating China's economy in the future, and it is also a change in the mode of economic development. The development of urbanization is vital to the balance of the national economy as a whole. In the process of urbanization, transportation plays the role of "lubricant" and "propellant". The perfect transportation system is the power to promote the regional economic growth, reduce the cost of economic operation and promote the development of urbanization. Lanzhou is located in the geometric center of the land territory of China. With the advantage of "Qin long lock key, east and west throat", it is the important transportation route and commercial port town on the ancient Silk Road. It is also the New Asia-Europe Continental Bridge and China's strategic channel for opening up to Central Asia and West Asia, with superior location advantages and economic development space. Since the reform, with the rapid development of regional economy, the level of urbanization in Lanzhou has been rising continuously. In order to play a better role in the urbanization process, the urbanization and even the economic development are hindered to a certain extent due to the existence of many problems, such as the unobstructed traffic in the city. It is necessary to study the coupling development of urbanization and transportation in Lanzhou. Based on the phenomenon of the coupling development of urbanization and transportation, this paper analyzes the characteristics, mechanism and influence on the development of regional economy of the two coupling functions, and consummates the coupling evaluation index system, and draws lessons from the coupling coordination function in physics. This paper constructs a coordinated evaluation model of urbanization and transportation coupling, and applies the above analytical framework to investigate the development of urbanization and transportation coupling in Lanzhou, and then puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the optimization of urbanization and transportation coupling in Lanzhou.
