【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展和城市化進(jìn)程的不斷加快，城市交通問(wèn)題日益嚴(yán)重，公共汽車和私人小轎車造成的道路擁擠和交通堵塞，嚴(yán)重影響了城市的交通和發(fā)展。改善這種狀況的主要方式就是提高道路利用率，，由于城市地面空間有限，能夠充分利用城市地下空間的地下軌道交通的建設(shè)，可以緩解地面交通問(wèn)題。本文以西安地鐵為主要研究對(duì)象，隨著西安地鐵2號(hào)線的開通運(yùn)營(yíng)，對(duì)乘客來(lái)說(shuō)，亟待解決的一個(gè)問(wèn)題就是地鐵交通服務(wù)水平的好壞問(wèn)題，在地鐵交通服務(wù)水平較好的前提下才能吸引更多的乘客。 本文以可拓理論為基礎(chǔ)，運(yùn)用可拓學(xué)中的蘊(yùn)含分析、發(fā)散分析和共軛分析等分析原理，結(jié)合西安市地鐵運(yùn)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀，建立以方便舒適性指標(biāo)、覆蓋性指標(biāo)、效益性指標(biāo)為準(zhǔn)則層的多級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，在此評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的基礎(chǔ)上，利用物元分析法和優(yōu)度評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)西安地鐵交通服務(wù)水平進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)，并以西安地鐵2號(hào)線為例進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析研究，通過(guò)計(jì)算得出交通服務(wù)水平評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果—西安地鐵2號(hào)線交通服務(wù)水平良好。 本論文在對(duì)西安地鐵2號(hào)線交通服務(wù)水平進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)研究的過(guò)程中，采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、定性分析和定量分析相結(jié)合的方法、物元分析法和優(yōu)度評(píng)價(jià)法等多種方法，對(duì)西安地鐵2號(hào)線交通服務(wù)水平進(jìn)行了較為客觀的分析和評(píng)價(jià)，得出較為合理的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果。此評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系也可應(yīng)用于其他城市公共交通服務(wù)水平評(píng)價(jià)研究。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and the acceleration of urbanization, urban traffic problems become more and more serious, and the roads are congested and congested by buses and private cars. The main way to improve this situation is to improve the utilization ratio of roads. Due to the limited space on the surface of the city, the construction of underground rail transit which can make full use of the underground space of the city, This paper takes Xi'an Metro as the main research object. With the opening and operation of Xi'an Metro Line 2, a problem to be solved urgently for passengers is the quality of subway traffic service level. Only when the service level of subway traffic is better can more passengers be attracted. On the basis of extension theory, this paper applies the principles of implication analysis, divergence analysis and conjugate analysis in extension theory, combining with the present situation of subway operation in Xi'an, to establish a convenient comfort index and a coverage index. On the basis of the multi-level evaluation index system of benefit index, the paper evaluates the service level of Xi'an subway traffic by using matter-element analysis method and superiority evaluation method. Taking Xi'an Metro Line 2 as an example, the result of traffic service evaluation of Xi'an Metro Line 2 is obtained, which shows that the traffic service level of Xi'an Metro Line 2 is good. In this paper, in the process of evaluating the traffic service level of Xi'an Metro Line 2, many methods, such as questionnaire survey, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, matter-element analysis and superiority evaluation, are adopted. The traffic service level of Xi'an Metro Line 2 is objectively analyzed and evaluated, and a reasonable evaluation result is obtained. The evaluation index system can also be applied to the evaluation of public transport service level in other cities.
